With constant expansion of the higher educational scale,the emergency incidents do occur on campus from time to time,such as campus violence,cyber fraud,net-work loan and pyramid scheme,which harm both students' physical and psychological health and undermine the social stability.It requires universities and colleges to establish corresponding management mechanism to reduce such incidents effectively and avoid unnecessary afflictions on the students.However,there do exist some problems with our current emergency disposal management mechanism,since it has not gained its due attention.On the one hand,the emergency organizations have been unsound.On the other hand,there has been lacking effective emergency management mode,information communication mechanism and emergency-management-related system.These issues have greatly reduced the capacity of universities and colleges in disposing emergency incidents.Based on the actual situations,this paper analyzes researches on the emergency management mechanism of the universities and colleges in China.The first chapter centers on the research background,purpose,significance,literature review and research methods.The second chapter is the theoretical foundation of university emergency management mechanism.It analyzes such fundamental theories as university emergency management and disposal mechanism.The third chapter introduces current situations and operations of university emergency disposal mechanism.The fourth chapter analyzes the existing problems and causes concerning emergency disposal mechanism.The fifth chapter presents suggestions to the university emergency disposal mechanism.It targets at the current situations,analyzes the drawbacks and proposes corresponding strategies to establish emergency treatment mechanism.
