Research On The Construction Of E-government Affairs In The Establishment Department Of Inner Mongolia

The continuous innovation and promotion of e-government in institutional establishment are a significant measure taken by the government to implement the administration simplification and decentralization.It is a core initiatives to cope with the transformation of major social conflicts.Besides,it's also a technology development process gradually carried out under the framework of institutional reform and service-oriented government construction.Clarifying and identifying the role and role of e-government construction in the modernization of government governance system is essential to promote reform and development.On the basis of literature review and case analysis,this treatise systematically reviews the development of e-government market scale in the past 10 years and the historical changes of institutional compilation concept research in the past 20 years relies on the information measurement,Chinese word clustering statistics and other quantitative research methods.Furthermore,core concepts of organization establishment and management,establishment standards and e-government are defined under the promotion of visualization research results.Based on the theory of government function,the theory of classified reform and the theory of resource dependence,this paper analyzes the current situation and content of e-government in the establishment of institutions in Inner Mongolia,and focuses on the functions,establishment,construction requirements of the establishment department and the characteristics and derivation compared with traditional management.Beyond that,in the current establishment of the actual state of e-government to explain the key problems existing in its development and construction and from the concept of lag,weak foundation,system open loop,standard deviation and other construction of the foundation and the construction process of generating factors are demonstrated.In view of the reasons affecting the establishment of e-government in Inner Mongolia,this paper puts forward the optimized guiding principles,mechanism and constructive Suggestions in the concluding part.This paper tries to form a reference on the basis of theoretical research so as to exert a practical influence on the promotion anddevelopment of the in-depth reform of the institutional establishment.Only when the reform is carried out,the e-government construction process of organizational establishment is also a process of continual exploration,revision and improvement is the top-level design guidelines,the principle of compact effectiveness is,service is the key,in the development of information technology and management level to promote progress,upgrade to build information flow type and function of form a complete set of government affairs management cloud platform,promote the scientific and standardization of the recruitment management,legal system,constructing the new pattern of modern governance.
