Against the background of comprehensively promoting the rule of law in accordance with the law,the efficiency of administrative law enforcement civil servants not only related to the performance of government social management capabilities and the level of public service.This paper tries to explore the function of the predictive role of the individual characteristics of civil servants how to influence the administrative law enforcement by empirical research,In order to enhance the performance of administrative law enforcement civil servants provide a personal characteristics of the performance evaluation basis.First of all,based on the literature of predecessors,this paper summarizes the personality characteristics of the civil servants in the law enforcement include the four dimensions of personality traits,achievement motivation,self-efficacy and public service motivation.The study of job performance includes task performance and relationship performance and adaptive performance in three dimensions.In the demonstration stage,the research takes the administrative law enforcement civil servants in T County Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau of Zhejiang Province as the sample.Then determining the content of the questionnaire according to the established scale,it obtains the actual data of the research by means of questionnaire survey.There is a correlation hypothesis and analyzes the impact of the four dimensions of the individual characteristics of the administrative law enforcement civil servants on the three dimensions of job performance.Finally,from the perspective of how to give play to individual characteristics of civil servants in administrative law enforcement,this article puts forward suggestions and suggestions for how to improve the performance of administrative law enforcement officers.The research methods include semi-structured interviews and questionnaires.Statistical methods include descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.
