Research On The Applicability Of Resettlement Methods For Hydropower Projects

The country positively advances to develop clean energy that water and electricity is the key component now.But land requisition and resettlement is most significant link of hydroelectric development at present.In other words,land requisition and resettlement,whether it can advance smoothly,decides the success or failure of hydroelectric development,Whether the way of choice to migration is scientifie and applicable is the key of the advance of land requisition and resettlement.In the meanwhile,scientific resettlement methods need to consider comprehensively the living habit of ilmigrants,the social component relations of iumigrants,the religious belief of immigrants and the land resources,weather conditions,and economic development of resettlement areas and so on.Those multiple factors need be aialyzed to next ensure.As a result,the paper concludes nice universal models of resettlement methods.And the models are defined and its applicable conditions,advantage and disadvantage and suggestions are concluded by the paper.By the investigation to resettlement methods of some hydropower station in Lancang river,we demonstrate the adoptive conditions of innovative resettlement and long-term compensation in the nice resettlement methods,and prove applicable conditions and validity of the way in Yunnan province.The investigation give the better experience to water and electricity migration in Yunnan province future,and the scientific reason to way of resettlement,Which is selected by power station.There are three innovations in this paper.First,the author himself engages in engineering management and land expropriation and resettlement work in large-scale hydropower development enterprises in Chinajoins in the work of several hydropower stations in the Lancang river,Whafs more,the data and sample parameters are actual data of power station,those have the strong persuasion.Second,we analyze the applicability and put forward the restrictive factors of each resettlement mode to universal model,So this analyzes provide a scientific reference model for the selection of the mode of power station in future.Finally,this paper elaborates the way that is greatly pursued by Yunnan province,sunmarizes the operation mode,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,and provides policy suggestions.Above all,this provide reference frames to operation in long-term for resettlement.
