China is moving from an "aging country" to a "deeply aging country".Due to the rapid growth of the aging population,the disability and the semi-disabled population have increased rapidly.The corresponding supply of old-age care services is insufficient,the level is not optimized enough,the enterprise's grasp of the demand for aged care services is not accurate enough,the shortage of professional nursing service personnel,and the application of high-tech intelligent equipment are insufficient.The problem of old-age services such as supply and demand mismatch and information asymmetry has become increasingly prominent.It has made China's pension problem a serious reality that needs to be faced by the government and all sectors of society.The state continues to encourage social capital to enter the field of aged care services and reduce the barriers to entry for the aged care industry.As well as the rapid development and comprehensive popularization of China's Internet industry,the Internet+smart community home care services and innovative old-age service models have been emerging from all walks of life,which has greatly alleviated the serious shortage of pension resources for public service providers.The smart community home care service model is a combination of Internet technology,artificial intelligence products,big data technology,cloud computing and other modern high-tech applications from the perspective of "family pension+community pension".A pension model is proposed that is more in line with the needs of the elderly in the real world.According to the rapid increase of the aging population in China and the changing needs of the aged population,the smart community home care service can quickly,timely and perfectly match the rapid changes in the new demand for aged care services,improve the efficiency of old-age services and the quality of old-age services.It can improve the quality of life of the elderly in the old-age group,and can greatly alleviate the outstanding problems in the old-age service such as insufficient supply of old-age services and inadequate optimization of the service hierarchy.This study conducts a comprehensive survey of the current mainstream smart community home-based service enterprises,institutions and their aged care service models,smart community home care service utilization groups and potential use groups.Using field research,questionnaires,and actual interviews,we will grasp the supply situation and main problems of home care services for smart communities in China.Understand the needs of the smart community's home care service utilization groups and the potential use of the community's actual aged care services.Summarize the types of needs of the smart community home care service utilization groups.To accurately reflect the needs of the elderly services in the elderly in China.Analyze the supply and demand matching situation in the smart community home care service,and find out the problem of mismatch between supply and demand in the smart community home care service.Finally,in the face of the Internet service demand for the high-tech equipment,the extremely low demand for the elderly.Enterprises and institutions mainly cut through the four-dimensional model of service innovation,and skillfully applied service innovation strategies of modern high-tech technologies such as smart technology,Internet,big data,and cloud computing.And use the sharing economy model to connect the resources in the smart comnunity home care service one by one,and conceive and design an ecological service circle that optimizes the smart community home care service model.Thereby optimizing the supply level and supply structure of the smart community home care service.Trying to provide some valuable service innovation strategies and service model optimization suggestions for all parties involved in the smart community home care service.
