agricultural economy and become the bottleneck of restricting the development of modern agriculture.Under such a background,rural areas urgently need high-quality labor force,know agricultural technology,have timely understanding and understanding of agricultural market demand,have management and management capabilities,and be able to apply advanced agricultural technology to agricultural production.This requires the establishment of a new type of professional peasants team as soon as possible.The new type of professional peasants has become the most important part of the development social problem.If this problem can not be solved,then the development of modern agriculture in China will be followed by nobody,and there will be serious brain drain and labor force generation people”,and promote the overall victory of the agricultural transformation strategy.Based on this,the author chooses the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in Xianfeng Town,Jiangjin District,Chongqing as a research topic,and combines the actual situation of Xianfeng Town to explore the current situation,problems and Countermeasures of cultivation of new-type farmers.significance,research methods and framework of the paper,and summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroad.The second part defines the core concepts and puts forward the theoretical basis of the paper.The third part takes Pioneer Town as the research object to analyze the current situation of its new professional farmers cultivation.The fourth part mainly analyses the
