Research On The Issue Of Incentives For Civil Servants In Towns And Villages In My Country

"If Xiaokang is not well-off,the key lies with his fellow villagers," Xi said.Rural Development is the key to China's socialist modernization drive,as users of administrative power and providers of public services,township civil servants shoulder the historic mission of revitalizing the countryside,and have a great responsibility.In order to ensure that the township civil servants are loyal to their duties and take an active role in the rural revitalization,it is of great significance to study the incentive of township civil servants.This paper holds that as a systematic work,the motivation of civil servants is guided by the corresponding motivation concept,the motivation system as the framework,the motivation method as the means,and the financial security as the basis.Through the research on the incentive practice of township civil servants in China,it is found that the incentive practice of township civil servants has the problems of low salary,narrow promotion channel,poor timeliness and single incentive mode.The reason is the deviation of Incentive Idea,the unsound incentive system,the obsolete incentive method and the financial shortage of villages and towns.But this article thinks that the deficiency of the incentive idea,the system and the way is only the superficial reason,the basic problem is the backwardness of the economic development of the villages and towns,the insufficiency of the finance.In order to solve the incentive problem of township civilservants,we should change the incentive idea of township civil servants,improve the incentive system,innovate the incentive way and strengthen the right guarantee of township civil servants.
