Research On The Emergency Management Mechanism Of Local Colleges And Universities

With the transformation of economic system and social structure,the adjustment of interest pattern and the change of ideology,all kinds of emergencies occur frequently in colleges and universities,and the probability,frequency and scope of these emergencies increase gradually.Build and perfect the mechanism of emergency management in colleges and universities,has become an important work remained stable and sustainable development of colleges and universities,helps to play to maintain the security and stability of the protracted war,maintain the normal operation and healthy development,to create a warm and harmonious campus educational environment.On the basis of summarizing relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper uses public governance theory,crisis management theory of public management,psychological education theory,etc.,takes Jiangsu province H university as an example,combines with the actual emergency management of local colleges and universities,comprehensively analyzes the current situation and existing problems of emergency management mechanism of local colleges and universities through typical cases and survey data,conducts preliminary thinking and discussion on the improvement and development of emergency management mechanism of local colleges and universities,maximizes the mining,integration and utilization of various resources and forces,and constructs and improves the emergency management mechanism of local colleges and universities.It is hoped that it can help to deal with campus emergencies in a timely manner,maintain campus order and stabilize people's minds,and provide experience and decision-making reference for local colleges and universities to build emergency management mechanism.This paper explores the strategies to optimize the emergency management mechanism of local colleges and universities from three approaches: the concept definition and theoretical basis,the current situation of the emergency management mechanism of local colleges and universities,problems and their causes,as well as the current situation and experience inspiration of the emergency management mechanism of foreign colleges and universities.Using case analysis,literature research,action research method and comparative research and other research methods,from ramming beforehand prevention mechanism,perfecting the mechanism,perfecting later recovery mechanism,the mechanism of promoting consolidation afterwards four aspects to put forward targeted and innovative suggestions and path on the mechanism of emergency management.
