Research On Urban Community Pension Model

In twenty-first Century,the aging of population became serious.Urgent and important issues.With the trend of the aging population in China becoming more and more prominent,the need for the elderly to provide for the aged is further increasing.The problem of providing for the aged has become an important issue of great concern to the public.The aging rate of population in developed countries is relatively slow,showing the phenomenon of getting rich first and then aging.Switzerland has been aging for 80 years.Britain has entered an aging society after 50 years of rapid economic development.On the contrary,the aging rate of population in China seems to exceed the speed of economic development.It is what we call “getting old before we get rich.” It can be said that the developed countries have stepped into an aging society under the premise of rapid economic development,and China is further developing its economy under the great pressure of population aging.The situation of old-age pension before getting rich has become a serious problem facing China,and it is also an obvious feature of the process of Urban Aging in China.Family endowment is still the most important mode of endowment in our country nowadays.However,with the progress of the society,the improvement of the living standard of the residents,the residents' ideas have also changed to a certain extent.Under the background of family planning policy,family members are becoming fewer and fewer,family population structure has become a “4+2+1” mode,the former family.The function of the old-age model is gradually weakened,the number of family pension support is reduced,the number of pension is significantly increased,making the family pension burden increased.However,China's social endowment function is still imperfect.Despite years of development,China is trying to increase the scope of endowment insurance coverage.However,the development of endowment insurance is not high under the larger endowment demand.Therefore,China needs to further explore a new form of endowment,and then to supplement the shortcomings of previous family endowment.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to further explore the construction of community endowment model in China.This paper uses literature research,comparative research,investigation and research methods,interviews and other research methods to demonstrate.The possible innovations of this study are as follows: firstly,taking the community as the platformfor the construction of the old-age model,the study fully considers the status and role of the community in the old-age service;secondly,through comparative study and analysis of the differences between Chinese and foreign urban community endowment models,the similarities and differences between Chinese and foreign endowment models are explored,and the endowment model for China is proposed.Secondly,according to the current situation of our country and the comparison of the past urban pension model,the community pension model is suitable for our national conditions of urban community pension model.Thirdly,through the method of investigation and study,this paper explores the old-age care model of Dongguan urban and neighboring communities,and through the design of questionnaires,carries out investigation and study from three aspects: the needs of the elderly for community services,the gap between community services and the needs of the elderly,and the constraints of community services for the aged,and through the data.Analysis,draw conclusions,and put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions.
