Research On The Optimization Of The Static Traffic Management System In Wenzhou City From The Perspective Of Smart City

Transportation is the foundation of urban development and operation,and the necessary guarantee for the city to maintain vitality,which is mainly reflected in two aspects: static and dynamic.In the early days,the government paid more attention to the dynamic traffic,invested a lot of money in the construction of transportation infrastructure,constantly strengthened the road network construction,and expanded the city territory.Relatively speaking,the proportion of investment in the construction of static transportation infrastructure such as parking lots(garages)is too small,which makes the development of dynamic transportation and static transportation unbalanced.On the one hand,it leads to the lack of parking facilities supply.On the other hand,the development of motor vehicles in China is characterized by the continuous increase of the growth rate of the number of private cars,and the continuous increase of the number of motor vehicle drivers.The imbalance between supply and demand leads to the continuous deterioration of the static traffic situation in China's cities,and then affects the dynamic traffic.In this paper,under the tight constraints of resources and environment,urban land is gradually transformed from incremental development to stock optimization,so it is more and more important to improve the level of urban management and governance capacity.City managers need to change their thinking,seek new management methods,and solve the contradiction between the actual needs of the people and the limited supply of urban resources at this stage.The great development and breakthrough of smart city and the continuous iteration of new technologies have brought a new direction for the governance of urban static traffic.To promote the construction of urban static traffic management platform by intelligent means and build a modern governance system are important measures to solve the current static traffic management difficulties.Therefore,this paper uses the methods of literature reading,case analysis and comparative induction to study the related literature and theory of static traffic,smart city and holistic governance.Taking Wenzhou City as an example,this paper analyzes the main problems in the current urban static traffic management,and refers to the exploration of static traffic management based on smart city in some cities in China,and summarizes these cities In the static traffic management of the main measures,the feasibility of relyingon the construction of smart city combined with the overall governance theory in optimizing static traffic management is demonstrated,and puts forward its own countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of urban static traffic management.In a word,based on the perspective of smart city,this paper gives specific optimization suggestions for static traffic management system from a new perspective,which provides relevant reference for government managers to solve urban static traffic problems.The main conclusions are as follows: first,with the help of smart city construction,we can make use of advanced technologies such as big data and Internet of things,which can really bring great help in management and operation;second,combining with the theoretical thinking of smart city and holistic governance,we can analyze the existing problems of static traffic in an all-round and multi angle way,identify the pain points and difficulties,and jointly solve and improve them through multi-party participation To build a new static traffic management system.It is hoped that this new static traffic management system will help to optimize the public service of the whole city,improve the level of urban management,and then improve the core competitiveness and comprehensive strength of the city.
