With the rapid development of China's urban economy and the acceleration of urbanization,traffic congestion has occurred in different cities,especially in megacity behemoths,which has greatly reduced people's work efficiency and quality of life,and also increased the incidence of traffic accidents.Meanwhile,with the development of smart city in China,the development and construction of intelligent transportation is also in full swing.Governments around the country are actively exploring more efficient and scientific traffic congestion control mode.Based on this background,this paper,from the perspective of smart city,conducts in-depth analysis and research on the development process of traffic congestion governance mode in China from 3 dimensions of macro,meso and micro.From the macroscopic perspective,the general mode and evolution rule of traffic congestion control in mega cities at home and abroad are summarized by literature research method,and the congestion governance mode and its evolution direction of cities under smart city are explored.From a meso perspective,we analyze 3 aspects of transportation supply as traffic demand and information technology.We use the Frank-Wolfe model based on the Braess paradox to analyze the road construction mode in road supply,and get the key role of informatization in urban road supply.The evolution game theory and economic theory are used to analyze the influence of the degree of information sharing on the optimal decision between the traffic providers and the traffic participants in the traffic demand.Finally,it explores the role of information technology in promoting the transportation supply and the balance of traffic demand.The micro perspective,using the users' big data to analysis user behavior in micro level under the traffic participants,including the intensity of travel,trip purpose,temporal and spatial distribution of travel,travel distance and traffic structure.On the other hand,making a more in-depth analysis and comparison of domestic and foreign city traffic congestion management measures.And identifying 25 key causes of traffic caused by blocking lays the foundation for the analysis of traffic congestion management mode.Then,taking Wuhan,a newly established super-large city,as an example to establish a system dynamics model by using 25 critical traffic jamming factors.By analyzing the causality between system elements and submodules,a causal circuit diagram and inventory flow diagram for urban traffic congestion system dynamics are constructed.Using the established urban traffic congestion system dynamic model to carry out parameter estimation and inspection by introducing Wuhan-related traffic data.And come up with a series of evolutionary characteristics related to transportation supply,traffic demand and informatization technology in the future of Wuhan City.Combined with the characteristics of evolution,such as development of urban public transport system,improvement of motor vehicle demand management,and scientific planning Urban traffic,improving the function of transportation infrastructure,guiding residents to travel,improving the level of traffic management.And referencing the direction of the specific measures for the traffic quality of occupants and traffic passengers provide a certain degree of traffic congestion control for the construction of smart cities in China's megacity behemoths.
