| In senior high school education,history should play an important role.Unfortunately,due to the current exam-oriented atmosphere,the significance of history subject is still being downplayed.Therefore,it is necessary for educators who work on history teaching to make a difference,so that students can truly understand the importance as well as pleasure of learning history.The rise of MOOC,as a challenge to traditional teaching methods,converted the original relationship between teachers and students into that of learning partners.That has improved teacher-student communication and aroused students’ passion on learning.In terms of class teaching system,MOOC has brought good news to history education at high school.In this regard,educators should seize this great opportunity through course teaching on this platform in order to improve the quality of teaching history.Many research methods such as information query,interview,exploratory study,are applied in this paper.Combined with my internship experience at several high schools such as Jinan Licheng No.2 High School,Dezhou Wucheng No.2 High School,High School Affiliated to Qufu Normal University,I found that although there have been some changes,the current high-school level history teaching is still not satisfactory.Students are usually crammed with knowledge by their teachers,which has deviated from the development of quality-oriented education.Flexibility and interaction in history teaching should be recovered in the classroom.The use of MOOC in history teaching at high school will change the current situation,improving quality of teaching as well as enthusiasm for learning.This paper focus on how to develop good history courses and how to achieve effective combination of MOOC courses and classroom teaching.Apart from the introduction part,there are also four parts in this paper.The first part explains the rise of MOOC,including its general background,concepts,characteristics,history and development.The second part is analysis on the feasibility of the combination and comparison between MOOC lessons and history courses at high school,the current situation of history teaching in the classroom.Based on that,a comprehensive study feasibility of developing and utilizing MOOC lessons at high school in history teaching is conducted in this part.The third part is about ways of developing curriculum and using MOOC lessons in history teaching at high school.The fourth part is evaluation of the effectiveness in the development and application of MOOC courses in history teaching at high school.Hope this research can provide theoretical reference for MOOC entrance high school history classroom and improve quality of high school history teaching. |
