In the new curriculum reform,many teachers have in-depth thinking and bold innovations in teaching ideas,teaching strategies,and achieved gratifying results.However,for language assignments,most teachers still follow the beaten path and do not think and innovate accordingly.The volume of language assignments designed is large,the contents are boring and boring,and the form is lacking.There is no interest in life or learning.The scope of operations involved is narrow,and it is disconnected from life and society.It does not pay attention to the subjective status of students,the evaluation body is single,evaluation criteria are rigid,and students'innovation ability and cooperation ability are not emphasized.Students are gradually losing their interest and enthusiasm for learning,their ability to use knowledge flexibly,and their ability to solve practical problems.Therefore,in order to enable every student to establish confidence in learning Chinese and gain a successful experience in learning Chinese,every student can develop in the process of Chinese learning.I believe that the design and implementation of language for primary school language teachers should be studied.The problem of homework is particularly important.In this study,the primary school in L city M as an example,under the guidance of the new curriculum concept and the new language curriculum standards,summed up the specific forms and characteristics of language operations,and pave the way for the investigation of the current situation.Through investigation,observation,and case analysis methods,the primary school language workloads,operation forms,operation contents,and job corrections and guidance in L city were investigated.The specific design shows that the workload of primary school language assignments in L is too large,and the burden on students is heavy;Formal machinery is not conducive to the cultivation of students' ability;the content of the work is single and lacks autonomy;the stratification of operations is "one size fits all" and there is no hierarchy;operations are not focused on points in practice,and are relatively arbitrary;operations are evaluated in a single way and lack flexibility.Through the arrangement of the status quo and problems,the main reasons for these problems include the teacher's incompatibility with the new curriculum standard,the complexity of the teacher's work,the parents' influence on the traditional sense of homework,and the student's dependence on traditional homework.In order to solve the problems in the design and implementation of primary school language work,first,we must reduce the workload.Second,innovative primary school language job design.Third,enrich the source of language work content.Fourth,job design should pay attention to the stratification of job volume and difficulty.Fifth,optimize the important principles in the implementation of operations.Sixth,diversified language homework evaluation.
