Case-based Social Work Is Involved In The Study Of Precise Assistance For Urban Families In Need

In recent years,the rapid transformation of China's social and economic structure has resulted in the continuous expansion of cities and the emergence of a large number of urban poverty problems.In order to realize the balanced development of the society,the government has increased the help to the difficult families,but there are many problems in the implementation of the policy,such as the use of administrative and economic methods to solve the problems of the difficult families,and less attention to the difficult and difficult family psychological conditions;the problem of habitual use is to solve poverty,and to each other.It is not enough to help the cooperation and development of anti poverty,and the method of precision assisting work has gradually evolved into anti poverty intervention on the individual problem,and it has not paid enough attention to the development of the community's poverty alleviation work and the increasing energy of the difficult families,the social support and the change of the ecosystem.Poverty alleviation requires the participation of all social forces.The social work,as an important social force,has made many achievements in anti poverty at home and abroad,which provides the conditions for the intervention of the social work of the urban difficult families.The social work involved in the difficult families to help,from the "problem perspective" to the "development perspective",pay attention to the people-oriented concept of poverty alleviation,change the past focus on macro neglect micro,pay attention to material neglect psychological condition,and more attention to the development of individual self and the use of community resources,so that the precision help work more.Flexible and more targeted.After analyzing the current situation of accurate help,the problem of difficult families,and the role of social work in the work of precision poverty alleviation,the author chose a case owner of the Y community to intervene in the case of social work on the basis of the theory of energy increasing,social support theory and the theory of ecosystem.The service process focuses on the psychological,social and personal abilities of the owner.Using the dominant perspective and cognitive behavior therapy,the difficult families can help the families find their own advantages,reconstruct their self cognition,improve their communicative ability,emphasize the increase of the owner of the case,construct the social support network and change the social ecosystem.At the same time,the author also actively encourages community workers,relatives and friends and others to form joint efforts to help solve the problem and alleviate poverty.The research methods include literature research and field research.Collecting data was mainly through interviews and participatory observation.From the perspective of social work,the precise help of the urban difficult families can be further expanded around four aspects:the establishment of community assistance fund,the development of the professional team of social work,the effective combination of the social work method and the precise poverty alleviation mechanism,and the role of the social organization in the precise help of the difficult families.
