| [Objective] Balanced function is extremely important for the health of the elderly.Good balance function is the prerequisite and guarantee for the quality of life of the elderly.Due to the decline of balance function, the fall problem caused by old age was listed as one of the health killers of the elderly, which seriously threatened the quality of life and quality of life of patients.Authoritative research reports that the rate of falls among elderly people over the age of 80 is as high as 50%.Every fall, the quality of life will drop dramatically, and accompanied by a series of complications. The elderly who suffer from hip fracture caused by falls will lose 10% to 15% of their lives in the later period, and about 1/4 of hip fractures can die in the short term..Falling has become a cancer that threatens the health of the elderly. It has brought tragic consequences to patients, families and the society. It is costly and unpleasant.Peterka.RJ study pointed out that the relevant perceptual sensation system mobilized by maintaining human body balance in the conventional environment, the ontology perception accounted for 70%,the visible perceptual perception ability,is essential for maintaining the body balance function, how to improve the ontology perception is The key to improving balance performance. However,at present, most of the traditional sports training courses are supported by multiple sensory systems under the condition of participation of multiple sensory systems, with little pertinence and targeted development of ontological perception.Montessori sensory training can effectively mobilize the perceptual sensation, especially the stimulating signal of the ontological sensory sensation,to improve the sensory perception of the body. However,Montessori’s research has been related to the past, and the subjects favored the younger age group and rarely used the example of the balance function of the elderly.Athletics enjoys a reputation as “the mother of sports and the basis of sports” and is the foundation and source of all sports. The combination of the basic elements of track and field and Montessori training is highly likely to have a greater effect on the balance function of the elderly. However,no research has been reported on this aspect. For the first time,Montessori training method was used to integrate basic track and field elements to improve the balance function of the elderly, and through exercise intervention, the balance function of the elderly was improved, opening up a new way for the development of balance function for the elderly, which gave modern rehabilitation training.Providing timely theories and methods conforms to the innovative concept of “body-medical” cooperation advocated in the new era and can even be applied in modern competitive sports to improve athletic ability and sports performance.[Methods]: A number of volunteers were recruited in Fairy Tree Community,Fangcao Street,High-tech Zone,Chengdu City. After strict screening,46 volunteers that met the experimental conditions were selected and aged(59-80 years old).According to the scores of their comprehensive performance tests from high to low, they were divided into three groups, namely Montessori group(n=16,mean age 67.81±5.12)and general track and field group(n= 15,The average age was 66.13±6.61),the blank control group(n=15,mean age 68.80±4.97),the experimental period was 12 weeks, the exercise frequency was twice per week, and the exercise time was every 60 minutes. Before and after the experiment, three groups of subjects were tested for indicators of balance performance. The indicators included: single-footed stand,closed-eye stand-up,closed-eye standing, reinforced Romberg test,start-to-run test, balance Board test, vestibular step test, vertical X writing, closed eye upright inspection. After the exercise intervention, the results of relevant balance performance tests were analyzed with SPSS data. After the longitudinal and horizontal comprehensive comparison of the exercise interventions, the test subjects were tested for differences in the relevant balance performance tests, and the effects of different types of exercise intervention on the balance performance of the elderly were analyzed.[Results]: After the exercise intervention, the results of the three groups of subjects’ relative balance performance test indexes were compared vertically.(1)Montessori group: Pt.0.000<0.01 in one leg with blinking;P=0.001<0.01 with eyes closed on one leg;P=0.000<0.01 in eyes
