Body functional movement training is a new trend training concept around the world.The method is based on the traditional stamina and develops gradually,which focus on the quality and efficiency.During the process,‘screening action' is the starting point,which pays attention to the overall practice.The body's basic movement mode is the starting point to complete the flexibility and stability of the movement and gradually improve movement model,movement ability,skills,and strategy under the guidance of the new method of training.The extracurricular training of track and field,which the young athletes participate in,starts from the basic movement drills.During the training,experiments are undergone to train the movements of body function,after which the analysis of the effect and feasibility on the young athletes is taken to prove using such kind of method can improve the sport quality of the young athletes and movement skills as well as the sport performance obviously.The following conclusions are drawn through the experimental study of the physical exercise function training of the jumping athletes of the track and field team in Shunyi District second middle school in Beijing.1.Through extracurricular training in the use of body movement function training,training experiment data statistics and test results,the experimental group in the 100 meter run,standing long jump,standing triple jump were improved significantly compared with the control group.It can be proved that students in extracurricular training of the track and field using body movement function training can develop athletes' strength,speed,coordination of sports quality and sports ability effectively.2.In the basic training and primary training stage,training should pay attention to the overall development of athletes.It is necessary to strengthen the development of all kinds of sports qualities,strengthen training of athletes' neuromuscular control ability,stability and flexibility of movements to excavate athletes' potential and achieve the best athletic performance.3.In middle school extracurricular track and field training,body movement function training plan and arrangement training content should be formulated,be based on the law of adolescent growth and the plan and content should be scientific and systematical while adjusting training contents timely according to training effect.4.During the process of movement of athletes training in middle school students,the traditional physical training methods were wisely used and abandoned to make sure the advantages of it on the improvement of the sport quality.During the training,the organic combination of the two has a better effect on the improvement of the athletic performance.5.Physical exercise function training in middle school students after school track and field training should follow the principle of optimization,step by step principle,painless training principle,action standardization principle and all-round development principle.
