Research On The Status Quo And Development Countermeasures Of Chengdu Ice And Snow Fitness Club Under The Background Of North Ice Moving South

The successful bid for the 2022 Winter Olympics in Zhangjiakou,Beijing,has injected a strong booster for the development of China's ice and snow sports.The State General Administration of sport has put forward the development strategy of "moving north to the South" to promote the development of ice and snow sports in southern China.As one of the economically developed cities in Southwest China,Chengdu has many ice and snow fitness clubs to make an important contribution to the development of ice and snow sports.What is the reality of the development of ice and snow fitness clubs at present? What are the difficulties?This study hopes to grasp these realistic dilemmas through investigation and put forward corresponding countermeasures.It provides a reference for the development of ice and snow fitness clubs in Chengdu.In this paper,9 ice and snow fitness clubs in Chengdu are investigated from three aspects of ice and snow club operators,consumers and coaches by means of literature,questionnaire and interview.Then,through mathematical statistics,we search for the realistic predicament of Chengdu ice and snow fitness club,and put forward corresponding development countermeasures.The results show that there are the following difficulties in the management and management of Chengdu ice and snow Fitness Club: first,the infrastructure of Chengdu ice and snow fitness club needs to be improved;two,the management ability of the ice and snow fitness club in Chengdu needs to be improved urgently;and three,the consumption group of ice snow health club in Chengdu has a fault;four,The ice and snow clubs in Chengdu city are less difficult to meet the needs of mass fitness;five,the fitness risk of the ice and snow fitness club in Chengdu needs to be improved,and the six is that the coaches' professional quality of the Chengdu ice and snow fitness club needs to be improved.He research found that the development of Chengdu ice and snow fitness club should pay attention to the following points: first,relying on the tourism industry to drive the new process of ice and snow movement;two,optimizing the location of ice and snow fitness clubs according to local conditions,actively improving theinfrastructure;three,paying attention to the consumption population,promoting the increase of consumer groups;and four,a variety of channels.Strengthen the ice and snow fitness club marketing efforts;five,promote the ice and snow fitness club into the campus,expand youth ice and snow fitness participation;six,strengthen the ice and snow fitness culture and education,cultivate ice and snow fitness potential market;seven,improve the construction of ice and snow fitness safety standards,reduce ice and snow fitness risk;eight,pay attention to ice and snow Fitness club coaches training to enhance the professional quality of coaches.
