With the implementation of the curriculum reform in China and the junior high school biology experiment gradually paid attention, most of first-line junior high school biology teachers engaged in curriculum reform. The laboratory situation of urban schools has improved. However, the implementation of the curriculum so struggled with the shortage of laboratory and experimental material in rural junior high school. Biological experiment course also was further improved. Exploring an effective way to improve rural junior high school biology experimental teaching whether based on the existing rural conditions and the geographical advantage, has become the common goal and research directions of many rural teachers.In this paper, relying on the practice of agricultural production and improving the rural junior high school biology experimental teaching as the goal, exploring ways and strategies based on the practical activities of the agricultural production process which were carried out school biology experiment teaching and provided ideas and methods for Curriculum reform. First of all, based on reading a lot of literatures, I designed the questionnaire which was used for investigating the status of rural junior high school biology experimental teaching. It included rural junior high school biology laboratory equipment and teaching methods, students’ interest in biological experiments and awareness of the importance of the biological experiments aspects of the degree, students and teachers in the experimental attitude. The analysis of the survey results showed which rural junior high school biology experimental teaching had some questions that professionalism of teachers and laboratory assistants shortage, hardware facilities was imperfect, students were not enthusiastic and teaching methods were relatively simple and teachers lacking of researching capacity of biological experiment teaching. Secondly, based on the topics of the subject, the paper set forth the necessity of improving rural junior high school biology experimental teaching, the significance of exploring a strategy used for improving the rural junior high school biology experiment Course and research methods. Next, the paper described the related theories and some related concepts. Then, according to these influencing factors and the existing rural resources and conditions, the article put forward a new teaching strategy that based on the production of practical activities to improve teaching effectiveness in biology experiment from rural junior high school. The core of the teaching strategies was that it achieved related biological experiments completed in one or several production process of practice based on the life experience of junior high school students in rural areas and rural unique advantages in resources. Then, according to this strategy, this article made a theoretical research and designed teaching cases that could be carried out. After teaching practice showed that this experimental teaching method demonstrated:First, it stimulated students’ curiosity and raised the interest of the students; Second, it reflected the dominance status of students and the leading role of teachers; Third, it inspired teachers innovative biological experiment teaching thinking; Last, to a certain extent, it improved students’ cooperation, the exploration capabilities and scientific literacy.In addition, at the end of the study, this paper expounded the shortages and problems that appeared in the empirical study, and made some related suggestions and reflection.
