With the continuous improvement of the main position of domestic secondary vocational students in the process of class management,their awareness of participation is also constantly strengthened.Therefore,during the implementation of class management,the training of their subjects should be taken as the core.At the same time,the participation of secondary vocational students in class management can also continuously accumulate experience in the class management process and achieve the purpose of exercising their social and life skills.At the current stage,there is still relatively little content in domestic vocational students participating in class management.At the current stage,domestic secondary vocational students are also faced with the dual pressures of employment difficulties and learning difficulties.Therefore,for such special secondary vocational students,In the process of carrying out class management activities,it has a relatively special regularity.Therefore,the study and analysis of the participation of the secondary vocational students in class management can enable them to fully exert their value in the process of learning and living in the future.It also enables them to comprehensively strengthen their sense of belonging and sense of responsibility,lay a solid foundation for their entry into society,and further closely meet the needs of quality education.It is based on the above analysis that based on reviewing the literature related to the participation of secondary vocational students in class management,this article adopts a questionnaire as a research object for a secondary vocational school in a secondary vocational school in Dalian,and participates in class management.The study of the status quo,which mainly involves participation in the awareness,participation and effectiveness,as well as factors affecting students' participation in class management and other aspects of the survey and then for the corresponding survey results,summed up the lack of self-confidence students participate in class management;class There is a lack of student participation in the rules and regulations;the degree of participation is not deep,the formalization tends to be obvious;the responsibilities are unclear,the division of labor is unknown,and the positions are ignorant and other issues are analyzed and researched;from the establishment of correct participation in class management concepts,the intensification of class system construction,and the improvement of student management capabilities Quantify job responsibilities,standardize participation behavior,increase participation,guarantee participation quality Establish and improve the student participation management operation mechanism,etc.Put forward practical countermeasures,so as to effectively promote the participating students in the school.
