Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of School-enterprise Cooperation In Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,with the increasingly obvious influence of vocational education on economic development and social progress,The Chinese government pays more and more attention to vocational education.?Long-term education reform and development plan of nation(2010-2020)?proposed to vigorously develop vocational education,carry out school-enterprise cooperation talent cultivation model.This promotes the rapid and vigorous development of vocational education.Higher vocational education,as an important part of vocational education,focusing on training high-tech applied talents.Compared with other training modes,the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation is not only can improve the comprehensive quality of students,but also enhance their practical skills and application ability,and help higher vocational education achieve the goal of training applied talents.In addition,school-enterprise cooperation can take the advantages of schools' and enterprises' complementary resources,enhance the school's teaching staff,help higher vocational colleges to achieve the talents training objectives of“you will get a job after graduation and you can operate proficiently”.It will improve the employment rate of students;provide the necessary personnel for the development of enterprises,so that to achieve an all-win result among schools,enterprises and students when the objective is achieved.The school-enterprise cooperation in developed countries is developed relatively mature.However,the research on school-enterprise cooperation in China is still in the primary stage and needs to be further studied.Therefore,the study on the school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational school has certain theoretical and practical significance.With the vigorous development of higher vocational education,there are still many issues in the process of carrying out the talent training mode of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational school.Lack of market-oriented in professional and course settings;practical teaching conditions need to be improved;the construction of the teaching staff needs to be strengthened;the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in cooperation is not high;lack of deep cooperation.By referring to the successful cases of school-enterprise cooperation in Shandong Polytechnic,the thesis analyzes from the perspectives of government,vocational colleges,industries and enterprises.It is proposed that the government should perfect relevant laws and regulations and policies,improve the school-enterprise cooperation operation mechanism,increase capital investment,and ensure the school-enterprise cooperation funds;higher vocational colleges should improve the strength of scientific research,promote teaching reform,set up courses dynamically,and adjust majors timely,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,train teachers specialize in both theory and practice,and strengthen the construction of practical training bases;strengthen industry guidance for school-enterprise cooperation,and play the role of vocational education and teaching steering committee in the industry;enterprises should deepen their understanding,participate in school-enterprise cooperation actively,and participate in the teaching process actively,the construction of teaching staff and the construction of practical training bases in higher vocational colleges,adhere to the “order form class” training mode,promote the “modern apprenticeship”.The thesis is in the hope of promoting the deeper cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises,and promoting the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges,enterprises and economic society.
