| As an important foundation for realizing the high-quality development of vocational education,secondary vocational education needs to give full play to the positive role of teachers in implementing the continuous innovation of talent training mode and actively guiding the talent training of secondary vocational education to adapt to the development of the industry.As one of the important subjects in the process of promoting the development of vocational education,the reform of teachers is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of vocational education.The new development in the field of education puts forward new requirements for teachers.Under the guidance of new educational concepts,teachers need to learn new skills,change their roles,and actively implement the requirements of the fundamental tasks of moral education.Combined with the development and reform needs of the tourism industry,this paper studies the role transformation of tourism teachers in secondary vocational schools.The purpose is to explore the positive significance of the change of teachers’ role in the realization of the teaching objectives of tourism majors in secondary vocational schools,and to seek the specific path of effective connection between the training of secondary vocational talents and the development of tourism industry.This study takes the teachers of tourism major in secondary vocational schools as the research object,takes the role theory as the theoretical basis,takes the questionnaire survey and interview analysis of students and teachers of tourism major in secondary vocational schools in Chongqing as the practical basis,and uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview survey method to systematically study the role transformation of teachers of tourism major in secondary vocational schools.The study found that in the process of changing the role of tourism teachers in secondary vocational schools,there are some problems,such as the traditional classroom teaching structure has not been fundamentally changed,the lack of effective interaction between teachers and students,the failure to effectively connect the various links of teachers’ role change,and the need to strengthen the connection between teachers’ role change and tourism.Based on the theory of student-based education,combined with the market-oriented orientation of tourism,fully considering the whole teaching process,this paper designs the transformation of the role of teachers in secondary vocational tourism majors,and provides teaching examples.Finally,combined with internal and external factors,it provides suggestions for promoting the transformation of teachers’ roles.It is concluded that the analysis of the transformation of teachers’ roles has practical application value.The transformation of teachers’ roles can effectively promote the current reform process of secondary vocational schools.Actively promoting the transformation of teachers’ roles can effectively achieve teaching objectives and promote teacher development and personnel training.It is more suitable for the development needs of the tourism industry.Based on the original research,this study analyzes the phenomenon and influencing factors of the role change of tourism teachers in secondary vocational schools.Different from previous studies,this study focuses on the analysis of the application value of role theory,associates the dimensions of role theory with the changes of teachers’ cognition and behavior in the process of role transformation,and focuses on the changing characteristics of teachers’ role.In the selection of influencing factors,this paper pays more attention to the connection with the tourism industry,and regards the development of the tourism industry as a positive factor affecting the transformation of teachers’ role.The transformation of teachers’ role is endowed with more important significance.Actively promoting the transformation of teachers’ role and properly handling the problems in the transformation of teachers’ role will better play the role of teachers and promote the improvement of the training mode of tourism professionals in secondary vocational schools. |
