Preschool education is the education system of our country with the thinnest basis and most of the debts in the link.During centralized compensation period of pre-school education,the newly built public kindergartens have become an important means for the government at all levels of expanding pre-school education resources.The new public kindergartens have become a pioneer in the development of preschool education.They have a team of teachers with perfect hardware and starting point of high quality.The new public kindergartens are demonstration schools in the region.What is the teacher's teamlike on earth? This has aroused great interest in my research.On the basis of extensive literature review,I selected teachers in the new public kindergartens in Dongying as a case study.In interviews and questionnaires,we have mastered the current situation of teachers in newly built public schools in Dongying,and analyzed the causes.Based on the actual situation,we proposed strategies to promote the development of new public park teachers.This paper is divided into the following four parts:Introduction: this part systematically expounds the origin,purpose,contents,methods and significance of the research on the newly built public kindergartners.Chapter 1: a summary of the teachers of new public kindergartens.Starting with the analysismainly from the new public kindergarten teachers' policy background,then elaborate the related concepts of the new public kindergarten teachers,finally combine with the new public park teachers development status of equipment,and put forward the team construction should follow six principles.Chapter2: the analysis of the status of teachers of the new public kindergarten.This part explains the design and implementation of the survey scheme.Based on the analysis of questionnaires and interview records,the research on the structure,stability,survival status?Chapter3:The occupation identity of new public kindergarten teachers,the status of the professional development found that the main causes of this situation lie in preschool education centralized compensation period,system making is inaccurate,and teachers' internal motivationwhich is weak.Chapter4:the construction strategy of the construction of the new public kindergartners.First of all,we should create a macro environment which is suitable for the development of the teachers' team,such as accelerating the legislation of preschool education,optimize the financial investment,the radical cultural respect.Secondly,establish an effective system to build a suitable middle level system.In the education system,the total number of teachers should be expanded to improve the quality of teachers;the governmentdepartments should formulate a precise policy to promote the professional development of the teachers.Finally,stimulate the internal motivation of teachers and create a positive micro system.Clear development plan points out the direction for teachers' professional development.Lifelong learning improves their theoretical support and guidance for their development.Reflective ability provides them with inner motivation and psychological adjustment abilityso as to create a calm working mindset.
