Abstract/Summary:
In our country’s primary and secondary football teaching,we use traditional teaching methods in most cases,from bumping the ball,dribbling,passing,shooting,passing people to the game.From the teacher ’ s language explanation,action demonstrations to the students’ imitating exercises,the teaching is completed step by step.Students will be able to master various techniques before engaging in teaching competitions.The teaching games for understanding focuses on the cultivation of students’ tactical thinking,enters the classroom through competitions and games,fully mobilizes students’ interest in football,and provides a good basis for further learning football skills and tactics.After the game or game,students will actively think about how to do To be more perfect.For example,how can the pass be more accurate?More hidden? The most urgent problem in physical education teaching now is how to transform passive learning into active learning and how to improve students’ interest in learningThis article adopts experimental research method,mathematical analysis method and literature method.The paper selects students from two classes in the fifth grade of Hedong No.2 Central Primary School as the research object.In this experiment,the control group used traditional teaching methods for teaching,and the experimental group used comprehensive teaching methods for teaching..The class time was 10 hours,but the teaching method was different.All other factors are the same.Before and after the experiment,the basic football skills of the two classes(the instep is upside down,the 20-meter dribble goes around the pole,the 10-meter pass,shoots,and heads the ball).Football game performance(running for position,skill execution,defensive transition covering selection and marking)to test and score.The results show that the the lung capacity of two class students,50 m run,sitting in front of the body,1 minute sit-up,1 minute skipping rope,50x8 round-trip to run these six data for comparison.Among them,the 50 m sprint running,50 meters round-trip running these two experimental classes were significantly higher than that of the control class and the P value <0.01,indicating that there were significant differences in the two.the experimental class and the control class at the 20-meter shot rod,10 lead the ground,the four techniques of the shooting and heads,and the top of the tip of the tip of the tip,indicating the difference in significance in both.The teaching effect of the understanding of the teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method.in the “Game performance” in these five indicators <0.01,explained in experiment There was a significant difference in the performance of the football competition between the two classes.In raising the performance of the student competition,it is better than the "traditional teaching method".The conclusion is as follows:1.The "understanding teaching method" is to enter the classroom through adapted competitions or games.Compared with the "traditional teaching method",it is more antagonistic and the rhythm changes faster.In the classroom,students need to continuously accelerate,decelerate,and change directions.Therefore,the speed quality and endurance quality of the students have been well developed.2.Understanding the teaching method takes into account the analysis of academic conditions in the teaching design.The fifth grade students have the psychological characteristics of strong curiosity,innovation,difference,and change.At the same time,they have the courage to compete and have a strong desire for self-expression.After the competition or game,the students will continue to think,what is the reason for the failure of the competition? Let students go to the next link with questions,which will better stimulate students’ interest in learning and enter a state of active learning,which not only improves students’ technical level,but also allows students to learn how to apply skills.3.Comprehension teaching method and traditional teaching method are very helpful to students’ football skills and football game performance.Traditional teaching method and comprehension teaching method have their own advantages,and comprehension teaching method is an extension of traditional teaching method.,The two teaching methods should be integrated.4.Compared with the control class taught by the traditional teaching method,the experimental class taught by the comprehension teaching method has a more significant improvement in football skills and football match performance of the students than the traditional teaching method,which shows that comprehension teaching is one of the same.This is a teaching method that is more in line with the psychology and age characteristics of primary school students.
