This research is devoted to make students "send out their own voice",and try to find the Channels of communication between the dominant subculture and sub-culture so that we can create a harmonious and symbiotic campus culture. In order to explore these issues, the research which based on the perspective of educational sociology and the theory of sub-culture,along with two closely connected and basic methods:participant observation and depth interview aims to study the basic situation of the middle school students' sub-culture in the R class deeply.By treat the M middle school's daily life as the field, treating the conflict between teachers and students in daily life to make sure the logic and significance of the students who usually are in low status.Based on this, the researcher firstly analyzes the background of M middle school and R class, which have contradictions between the students and the school;students and teachers.Seriously, because of "wang ba incident",R class reached the high point of conflict. So I found some questions:(1)How do students compete with mainstream culture in school life? What are the form?(2)Do they fight alone or get together?(3)What are their resistance strategies?(4)What do they want to say?Through the "deep drawing" of the case of students' subculture,it is found that student sub-culture is a way for students to fight the mainstream culture, and expresses the two main themes of students' "looking for fun" and "anti-injustice".The group of"looking for fun" is a form of decentral and temporary organization, with the main purpose of "clearing up",while the " anti-injustice" group is a relatively large number of people and relatively stable group organizations, with a clear target of resistance and object of resistance.By the analysis of the two themes of "looking for fun" and "anti-injustice" of students' sub-cultural action:The confrontation will shift from recessive to public, from"resignation negotiation" turned to "fierce" conflict.it is found that the power behind it lies in the formation of a student group's power--sub culture "Gang".Then it explores the external incentives and internal logic of group power. There are three external causes, the low authority of the teachers, the weak foreign aid of the school and the thin cooperation of the parents;the internal logic lies in the identity of the sub-culture group, the reciprocal agreement and the emotional agreement. The interlacing of internal and external incentives catalyzes the vigorous sub-culture of students. Finally, offering the conclusion of this paper and putting forward the appropriate suggestion. The student sub-culture is a way for students to express their own demands. When they condense into groups,it will form the existence of the mainstream cultural forces. What we need is not the opposition between the two sides, but the creation of a harmonious and coexistence of campus culture. In view of the above problems, the following suggestions are put forward:opening up cultural space, fair management and decentralization,so as to enable students to express their own sub-culture more rationally and symbiotic with the mainstream culture of the campus.
