New basic education reformation has made further demands on the role of teachers.Teacher must transform from the scholar to the researcher,education scientific research ability becomes important appeal to the primary school teacher in the new century society.Participate in the education of scientific research can quickly promote teacher professional development.On the one hand,education research can change teacher's way of life,improve the enthusiasm of teachers' work;On the other hand,this research can improve the professional level of teachers.At the same time,education research can also promote the development of schools,which can provide scientific basis for various decisions of schools and improve the effectiveness of school work.It is an important way to promote the professional development of teachers by discussing the formation rule of education scientific research ability.This paper is to analyze teacher Z from seven star customs district education bureau as the object of the study,whose development of education research ability from the perspective of education scientific research and development cycle.As a primary school teacher,his achievements on education due to his own efforts and some external advantages.From his own point of view,teacher Z has a passion for education research,continuous learning and efforts to carry out scientific research practice and scientific research in the way of small subjects.From external reasons,teacher Z is supported by leaders,led by famous teachers,and combined with education research team.But the process of growth is not smooth,teacher Z also meets with some difficulties,such as teaching and research time conflicts,education scientific research fund shortage,poor school scientific research environment,lack of specialized training guidance.In order to enable more primary school teachers to quickly embark on the education scientific research road and enhance education research capacity.This study integrated teacher Z's success experience and encounter difficulties,as reference,from elementary school teachers' individual level,school level,director of education department level,respectively puts forward the measures to promote the primary school teacher education scientific research ability.From the personal level,primary school teachers should set up correct scientific research view,lifelong learning,and grasp the critical period of growth.From the school level,the school should solve the conflict between teaching time and scientific research time,build a scientific research team and create a good scientific research environment.From the director of education department level,the department of education should strengthen the cooperation between schools,strengthen the research incentive and evaluation of primary school teachers,and strengthen the training of scientific research.
