Kai Ming Mandarin Textbook compiled by Mr.Ye Shengtao and Mr.Feng Zikai is one of the most widely used and most praised primary school Chinese Textbooks in the Republic of China.After its silence for more than half a century,Kai Ming Mandarin Textbook has been strongly sought after by teachers and parents because of its persistent charm.Therefore,the author uses literature and text analysis and many other research methods,combined with the education trend of thought,editing and publishing policy,and grasp the bright characteristic of child-orientation to study Kai Ming Mandarin Textbook.The main part of the thesis is divided into three chapters:The first part:the background of the editing and publishing of Kai Ming Mandarin Textbook.From the perspective of Chinese textbooks,the rise of"child-orientation",and the background of Ye Shengtao and Feng Zikai compiling Kai Ming Mandarin Textbook respectively,three aspects are investigated.The second part:the presentation and characteristics of"child-orientation" in Kai Ming Mandarin Textbook.In the first section,the author grasps the specific texts andteaching materials illustrations,and analyze the characteristics of "child-orientation"in the second section.The third part:Kai Ming Mandarin Textbook sticks to the value meaning of"child-orientation",which is divided into two parts.The first section discusses its enlightenment to the current primary school Chinese textbooks,aiming to return to the children's world.The second section summarizes the limitations,and avoids the"child-orientation" trap in the upsurge of textbooks.
