Composition was originally a place for students to express their true feelings,but it has become the most distressing problem for students in Chinese class.In recent years,due to the pressure of exam-oriented education,students have to write in order to cope with exams,resulting in composition full of false feelings and empty content.The textbook composition exercise system has a great influence on the writing of primary school students.It not only plays an important role in Chinese textbooks,but also provides important references for teachers' writing teaching,and has a great influence on the development of students' writing ability.In 1932,Shanghai Kai Ming Bookstore published "Kai Ming Mandarin Textbooks".This set of textbooks was personally compiled by Ye Shengtao.As an excellent elementary school Mandarin textbook during the Republic of China,the composition practice system of "Kai Ming Mandarin Textbooks" has rich forms,a combination of reading,speaking and writing.Focusing on children,focusing on children's lives,etc.In the context of many problems in current writing teaching,we review the classics and explore the concept of writing teaching in the Republic of China,hoping to provide some enlightenment for the writing and writing teaching of current primary school Chinese textbooks.Based on the two sets of primary school Mandarin curriculum standards promulgated in 1929 and 1932,this article uses documentary research and text analysis as research methods to analyze the composition practice system of the "Kai Ming Mandarin Textbooks".First,Explained the organization and compilation of the whole set of textbooks,and analyze the arrangement of the composition practice system.It is found that the composition practice system can be divided into two parts:the writing knowledge research system and the writing training system.Then,the contents of these two parts are analyzed in depth and detail.It is found that the composition practice system of the "Kai Ming Mandarin Textbook" has various question types and gradient development,focusing on cultivating the habit of paying attention to accumulation of students,combining reading,speaking and writing,focusing on children and being close to life.At the same time,there are unclear questions,lack of system,and neglect.Insufficiency of classical Chinese.In view of the above-mentioned advantages and disadvantages,I summarize the writing concept embodied in the composition practice system of "Kai Ming Mandarin Textbooks",that is,children are the main body of writing,habit of accomplishing composition,the unity of knowledge and action in writing,and writing comes from life,etc.The enlightenment of writing teaching in elementary school: teachers should enrich the form of composition practice;pay attention to cultivating the habit of paying attention to accumulation of students;pay attention to the unity of listening,speaking,reading and writing;guide students to connect with real life practice;take into account the fun and practicality of writing.
