A Study On The Rationality Of Class Norms In The Lower Stages Of Elementary School

The primary school is the key period for the development of students.In the primary school,the formulation of rules,which carry on legal constraints and guidance on primary school students,is the action standards of the members of the class and is good for cultivating students' morality and good behavior habits etc.However,at present,all kinds of class norms emerge in endlessly.Some seem to play the role of managing students,but in fact they lack the rationality,which is based on the detriment of the interests of students.Based on this,I take a primary school in Suzhou as the research sample,conduct studies on the existing problems and provide corresponding suggestions.The paper is composed of four parts:The first chapter briefly explains the reasons and significance of the study,summarizes the relevant studies and explains the theoretical basis of class rules'rationality.The second chapter elaborates the construction of the primary school class rules in theory,makes the academic construction from two aspects,the definition of primary school class rules and the judgment standards.While studying the class rules in Sociology,the paper first analyzes the basic connotation of the concept of "class","rule","class rules" and "trationality" so on.Then the judgment standards are elaborated from formal rationality and substantive rationality.The third chapter is the focus of the paper.In this chapter,the author has made a basic introduction of the school in Suzhou,the students and the investigation.Then the author analyzes the class rules in the lower grades of the school,discribes the survey of the rationality of the class rules.Afterwards,I analyze the reasons of irrationality.The fourth chapter advances some suggestions.Based on the above conclusions,some suggestions are advised on teachers,society and schoos to improve the rationality of the primary school class rules.
