Research purposes:At present,primary,secondary and middle school students in our country have mainly physical fitness test standards of "national students'constitutional health standards".In the process of testing,they mainly focus on the test results,that is,they run fast and jump too far as the test standard without actual To analyze the causes of low test results for students.FMS test mainly through the basic mode of action for students to detect,because it is the basis for the formation of the basis of the various movements,so you can improve the basic actions to improve students' exercise capacity,and can also identify the students during exercise Defects and deficiencies,and then be corrected to reduce the risk of injury during exercise.According to the test results,the teacher can help the teacher to have a more in-depth understanding of the student's physical condition,and can help the teacher to modify the teaching plan in time,so as to better help the student to carry out physical exercise and sports technology learning,and fully apply the process evaluation to In the teaching process,the teaching quality is improved.Research objects and methods:In this paper,a middle school students as the research object,by consulting the relevant literature,as well as participating in the test population FMS test,and test results were analyzed,and its movement in the process of action Model errors,the strength of the chain when doing the action,the nervous system's ability to control the muscles,and joint flexibility to make comments.Finally,in all the subjects,we found the students with lower scores and obvious lack of athletic ability as the intervention target,made a scientific assessment of their physical condition,and made corresponding training plans.After 12 weeks of intervention,It is tested and then compared with pre-intervention test results.This article mainly uses the literature data method,the test method,the experiment method,the mathematical statistics method and so on.Research result:(1)According to the test of 60 students,among the seven test actions,the average score of boys in squat test and upper-step test is slightly higher than the average score of girls,then in several other action tests,girls are higher than boys.(2)In the asymmetric movement test,only a few students scored around,most of the students had different left and right scores,that is,the left and right sides of the body developed imbalance in muscle extensibility,joint flexibility and stability.(3)According to the test scores of each classmate,14%(including 14 points)of the students below occupy 90%of the total score.The potential injury risk is high,which should arouse the teachers' attention.(4)Through the analysis of the test results,the reasons for the lower scores of the student test are mainly the flexibility of the left and right sides of the body,the imbalance of muscle strength development,and the poor control ability of the core area for the muscles of the extremities.In the arrangement,the functional training supplemented with the functional test was used to intervene.After a period of training on left and right side strength,flexibility,and core stability,the test score was greatly improved.(5)After 14 weeks of intervention training,the total score of the test was increased for the 10 individuals who were intervened.The average value increased from 8.7 points to 14.9 points,which exceeded the 14 points defined by points;the average value of each individual test among 10 individuals Both have been improved,and their p-values are all less than 0.01.This shows that there is a significant difference in the test results before and after.Analysis conclusion:(1)Adolescents with lower basic motor ability have poorer stability and weaker strength in joints such as the hip,knee and ankle.(2)The functional test not only can detect the lack of action patterns,but also can deeply control the nerves and muscles,and also can detect the strength and weakness of the students' muscles and the flexibility of each joint.Therefore,the test has good results The application effect.(3)The functional movement test is applied to the teaching of physical education has a good teaching effect,through testing to identify problems,positive analysis of the problem,make plans,scientific training,thereby reducing the potential risk of injury and improve its Athletic ability.But also helps teachers to students physical condition have a comprehensive understanding,so as to better supervise and encourage students to take exercise in the teaching process,improve physical fitness.
