| According to the 13 th Five-Year Plan for Degree and Graduate Education Development,a strong postgraduate education is fundamental to the national innovation system.Postgraduate education is an important way for the country to cultivate high-level and high-quality talents,the top education of the country.Without a strong postgraduate education,there will be no strong national innovation system.The cultivation of postgraduates is different from that of undergraduates.As a form of education for further study after graduation,postgraduate education pays more attention to the cultivation of students’ abilities to research and analyze problems.In the process of cultivation,curriculum learning pays attention to both course study and scientific research.In this way,the management of extra-curricular time is particularly important beyond the curriculum prescribed by the school.Reasonable planning and utilization of spare time is an important way for postgraduate students to improve their comprehensive ability.This article makes a detailed investigation on quantity and abundance,arrangement and utilization,satisfaction of management and abilities to manage of after-school time by useing the literature review method,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and interviewing method,get conclusions as following:(1)There is plenty of after-school time of the physical education(PE)postgraduate students in Shandong Province.There is no significant difference in the amount of after-school time owned by the PE Postgraduates in different training directions,but a big difference in the amount of after-school time owned by the PE Postgraduates in different grades.Specifically,with the growth of grades,the average amount of after-school time owned increases.(2)There are abundant spare time arrangements for PE Postgraduates in Shandong Province,but some of them are still unreasonable.Specifically,spending more time on entertainment and surfing the internet rather than on learning and sports training.Many people don’t really realize the importance of spare time for themselves.(3)The lack of long-term and short-term planning for the spare time,also with an absent of a reasonable and effective way to manage it widespread in PE postgraduates of Shandong Province.(4)The satisfaction and abilities of management after-school timen in PE postgraduates in Shandong Province are general.There is no significant difference in different training directions,genders in the ability of after-school time management but is highly significant in different grades.(5)Self-factors have the greatest impact on the after-school time management of PE postgraduate students in Shandong Province,education factors and social factors have great influence,and the influence of network on after-school time management can not be ignored.The following strategies are put forward to promote the management of after-school time for PE postgraduates in shandong province(1)Bring into play the educational guidance function of colleges and universities,and raise the awareness level of PE postgraduate students to their spare time.(2)Physical education college should strengthen the assessment standards and set up full-time counselors to strengthen the training of students.(3)Tutors should keep close contact with students and carry out targeted after-school time management education.(4)PE postgraduates should make long-term and short-term plans according to their own conditions.(5)Choosing the appropriate method of after-school time management based on the theory of time management(6)Making rational use of network resources and electronic products. |
