Under the background of knowledge age,interdisciplinary talents have become the social consensual demand under the new form of economy,culture and education.As a high-quality skilled personnel training base in our country,higher vocational education how to realize the comprehensive development of students,complete diverse skills talents education goal,is not only the requirements of higher vocational education development,but also social and economic sustainable development of directional lead to talents training in higher vocational colleges.As a integration of normal higher education and vocational education,the higher vocational college should have the function of "cultivating people" as ordinary education,and the function of "doing things" as vocational education,which is the unification of "cultivating people and doing things",in another word,the integration of humanistic education and technology education.The key to the development of higher vocational education is to combine the two functions.On the one hand,it can cultivate students' ability of basic livelihood,enhance the ability of students' career transition and job mobility,and meet the demand of labor force for social and economic development.On the other hand,it can enhance the education of life,so that students can understand the meaning of life,which is the way of life.From its own point of view,the development of technical education in China higher profession comes at a time when education is moving rapidly towards the popularization stage and lacks rich development experience;From the outside,due to the influence of social utilitarianism and pragmatism,the philosophy of higher vocational educational lays particular stress on technique first.At the same time,compared with the ordinary higher education,higher vocational education has its own characteristics,such as,shorter length of schooling,target employment orientation and so on.But it lacks accurate position in terms of higher vocational education and humanistic education fusion characteristics,especially the spirit of the humanistic education cognition,the selection of content and education characteristics,and the deep understanding of technical education and so on.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend to improve thecombination of vocational education and humanistic education to improve students' comprehensive quality and realize the sustainable development of higher vocational education.Social interaction theory takes "interaction" as the core,and emphasis on the individual subjective initiative,the construction of environment,the role of accurate positioning,"significant others",respect,equality and benefit equilibrium conditions,which mutually promote the development of society and individual.Similar to the integration of higher vocational education and humanistic education is the subjective initiative of the participants as well as the help of others and the system is required.This paper,based on the important role of integration of higher vocational education and humanistic education,taking the social interaction theory as the breakthrough point,analyzes the development dilemma of integration from perspective of technical education and humanistic education,higher vocational education,this paper puts forward the improvement ideas from three aspects:the premise is based on the accurate positioning of the role,namely the value subject and the responsibility belongs to;the key condition is the construction of the environment,namely the concept culture and human resources;the guarantee mechanism lies in the management of organization and evaluation system,so as to comprehensively improve the integrated development of education and humanistic education,and realize the healthy and orderly sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.
