“Moral education”has always been a controversial hot topic in education,The moral education in school play an important role in the development of students,Especially in high school,most of time students spent in school,So the level of moral education in high school,is very important.What is the direction of development and reform about moral education in middle school? In this paper,through the analysis about “ The High School Ideological And Political Course Standard”since 1996,we will find the change of Chinese middle school moral education in the future.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part: The definition and history of the concept about Curriculum standard.Especially the 1996 version and 1996 version and 2004 version.Then The definition and history of the concept about middle school moral education.Especially since the Chinese Reform and Opening.The second part: Discusses the relationship between the high school ideological and political course standard and the middle school moral education,in order to establish the logicrelationship of the paper.The third part: Compare the change of the three versions in goal,content standards,implementation,evaluation and so on,then summarizes the characteristics of these changes.
