In recent years,with the development of science and technology of our country,people attach importance to science education has gradually increased,especially in the field of preschool education,through the rational allocation of kindergarten science education resources to improve the quality of kindergarten science education has caused the attention of educators and thinking.At present,there are many kinds of science education resources in kindergartens,which mainly include human resources,such as teachers,children,parents,and material resources,such as science education environment and science education materials.To improve the quality of science education in kindergarten can not only rational allocation of kindergarten science education resources,but also can give full play to the role of various resources,promote the optimization and integration of science education resources,professional development,all-round development for preschool teachers,in the process of allocation of kindergarten science education resources,through the system of kindergarten science education resource analysis,construction of kindergarten science education resources library,also facilitate the sharing of high-quality kindergarten science education resources,promote the education fair.The rational allocation of resources for kindergarten science education bring value immeasurable Preschool Science Education,but the survey found that at present there are many problems in the allocation of kindergarten science education,such as good scientific literacy,lack of teachers and teachers of the low utilization rate of resources,and groups of children parents resource development and utilization of resources have not been effective,scientific activities material update rate is low,with uneven delivery,not science,problems of kindergarten science activity space smaller,lack of openness etc..This paper mainly studies the problems in these aspects and discusses the strategies to deal with them.The framework of this paper consists of the following four parts:The first part is about the reasons for choosing the topic.It also makes a literature review about the kindergarten science education,the allocation of kindergarteneducation resources,the allocation of preschool teachers,and illustrates the purpose,significance,research train of thought,method and research innovation.The first chapter: the rational allocation of kindergarten science education resources are summarized,the first of the "education","kindergarten science education","kindergarten science education resources allocation" defines three concepts,and the rational allocation of kindergarten science education resources value analysis.The second chapter: in view of the existing educational resources allocation problems in kindergarten science and has carried on the analysis to the problem of attribution,attributed to the understanding of the specific of kindergarten science education resources allocation is not enough;the development and utilization of kindergarten science education resources is not comprehensive,system,provide the basis for the rational allocation to kindergarten science education resources;the ability of kindergarten rational allocation of education resources shortage in three aspects.The third chapter: in view of the existing educational resources in the kindergarten of scientific problems and on the basis of attribution analysis,put forward three strategies for the rational allocation of kindergarten science education resources,which are changing the allocation of education resources science kindergarten kindergarten science education idea;enrich the rational allocation of resources;to strengthen the scientific management of kindergarten education resource allocation.
