With the intensification of globalization,the world has never changed as soon as it is today and is changing from each passing day.At the same time,the material and cultural living conditions of our country have been greatly improved.The society has put forward a new and higher requirement for education and the quality of talents.In the face of a series of severe challenges,education must follow the changes of the times and innovate at the right time.The key to the cultivation of high-quality talents is education.As the main body of national education,schools must undertake the task of transformation.Only the school teachers' team is actively putting into practice,and the innovation of education can be realized.Therefore,the teachers should update their teaching methods and means to improve their educational attainment.It adds vitality to the reform and development of educational undertakings.In the current teaching practice,"cramming" and "didactic",dull,boring teaching mode is still popular.The phenomenon is more prominent in the class of ideological class which is more rational.One sided pursuit of knowledge imparting way of teaching not only suppressed students' independent development ability,but also could not meet the requirements of education in China to train all-round development people.In 2016,the Ministry of education changed the name of " morality and life " and " Ideological and moral character " to " morality and rule of law ".The corresponding new textbooks have also been put into use.The new textbook adheres to the requirements of the curriculum standard and embodies the spirit of keeping pace with the times.It is more advocating by renewing teaching methods and ways to better guide the students to play the main role of learning.Let the students achieve the organic unity of "three dimensional goals" in their understanding,experience and practice.The situational experience teaching which is fit for the new educational concept and new teaching material is increasingly concerned by the first-line teachers.However,from the current teaching practice,the theory and practice of this method are very short.Based on the above background and the present situation,the author adopts a variety of research methods,such as literature research,case analysis,narrative research,personal interview and so on.On the basis of analyzing the appropriate mode of situational experience teaching application.According to the author's teaching practice and teaching reflection,the author puts forward some suggestions ofhow to better implement the situational experience teaching from the aspect of application.This article mainly includes the following four parts :Part ?: This part mainly expounds the theory of situational experiential teaching applied to moral and rule of law.It includes three aspects : one is to summarize relevant concepts of situational experiential teaching;the two is to summarize the theoretical basis of situational experiential teaching in morality and rule by law;three,it explains the significance of situational experiential teaching mode in moral and rule based lessons.Part ?: This part introduces the principles and procedures of situational experiential teaching applied for morality and rule of law.The part analyzes the principles and procedures of situational experiential teaching applied to morality and rule of law.Part ?: The practical application of situational experience teaching in morality and rule of law lesson--take the lesson of "evergreen tree of friendship" as an example.The Ministry of education made the PEP Textbooks for compulsory education " morality and law " seven grade "let the tree of friendship grows evergreen" for example,from the three aspects of teaching preparation,teaching analysis,teaching practice of documentary showing the author to carry out situational experience teaching used in the teaching of morality and law.Part ?: Situational experience teaching is applied for the lesson of "let the tree of friendship grows evergreen".This part starts from the teaching reflection of "let the tree of friendship grows evergreen".Then it analyzes the problems and reasons found in the implementation of situational experiential teaching in morality and rule of law.Finally,it puts forward suggestions for improving situational experience teaching in morality and rule of law.
