Purposes "we should guide the majority of young people to actively participate in sports because they are the future of our country",said by the general secretary Xi.The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee also pointed out that "we should strengthen physical education and extra-curricular physical education to promote the physical and psychological development of young people".How to strengthen physical education,improve the effect of physical education,ensure the exercise load of physical education,and promote the healthy development of young people has become an important issue in physical education.Therefore,this paper starts from the physical education and uses the theory of sports physiology and sports training as the theoretical basis to apply real-time heart rate monitoring methods to physical education.Firstly,this paper validates the influence of real-time heart rate monitoring as a means of exercise and intervention programs on students' physical health.Secondly,this paper proposes to use real-time heart rate monitoring methods to evaluate the physical education as the process evaluation indicators.At the same time,this paper proposes to use big data technology to assist physical education and construct a scientific and reasonable physical education model.Methods This paper uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,experiment method and mathematical analysis modeling to demonstrate the application of real-time heart rate monitoring in physical education.It can effectively solve the current problems in physical education and meet the needs of physical education classes.To promote the healthy development of students' physical fitness and build a more efficient,scientific,reasonable and intelligent physical education class.Result(1)After 15 weeks of experiment,there were significant differences in the 2 class girls ' sit upscompared with those of the control class(p<0.01),and the scores of the 800-meter run of the 2 class girls were significantly different from those of the control class(p<0.01).The boys in the(p<0.05);the lung capacity index in the 2 class was signifiexperimental class 2 had a poor performance in the 1000 meter race compared with the control class cantly different from that in the control class(p<0.05).(2)The boys in the experimental class 1 had different results in the 1000 meter race compared with the control class(p<0.05).(3)In the 15 week experiment,the average heart rate of the 2 class was higher than the average heart rate in the control class,the average heart rate of the 2 class was higher than the average heart rate in the experiment 1.Conclusion(1)This paper shows that the exercise intervention method with real-time heart rate monitoring can effectively promote the development of students' physical health.(2)Real-time monitoring of heart rate can continuously monitor the changes of students' heart rate,which can be used as a process evaluation indicator of physical education.(3)Based on the real-time heart rate monitoring methods,we can build a big data model for assisted teaching which can effectively enrich the content of physical education.We believe it will have a great application in the future.
