| The release of students’ potential is closely related to the development of quality-oriented education,the promotion of fair education and the improvement of education quality.The education quality in class is directly influenced by the update of teachers’ teaching concepts,which is vividly represented in teachers’ teaching practice.On the basis of summarizing the experience of previous classroom teaching,Lianyungang has carried out curriculum reform practice and exploration on the theme of "teaching releasing the potential of teachers and students" since 2009.In 2016,Ideological and Moral Lessons changed its name to Morality and Rule of Law.After witnessing a series of reform,the author found that the integration of advanced educational teaching theory and the practice of Morality and Rule of Law is not enough.The shortage makes it impossible to have further development of curriculum theory of Morality and Rule of Law,or the deepened exploration of the teaching practice,which therefore imposes a great shackle for teachers’ professional development.This study fixes teachers’ behavior in Morality and Rule of Law teaching as its object,which aims to analyze the course teaching from the perspective of "releasing students’ potential".Through methods of literature research,questionnaire,case study and action research,the thesis tries to offer reference for the course teaching.This study suggested:First,in the teaching process of the Morality and Rule of Law,students’ potential covers the following five parts:potential to read and express,potential to explore and innovate,potential to participate in public,potential to have a good team spirit and potential to realize self-value.Second,in the teaching process teachers should insist on the principle of optimizing the learning environment,respecting for the students,paying attention to students’ levels,constructing open time and space and striving for value pursuit of autonomous cooperation,exploration and development and an opening generative model.Third,the investigation shows that there existing many problems in teachers’guidance behavior,interaction behavior and feedback behavior.Teachers should optimize strategies by designing multi-level goals;constructing multi-dimensional situation;integrating teaching resources;defining clear roles;learning to wait and listen;arranging time reasonably;grasping the feedback content;capturing feedback time and enriching feedback models. |
