Research On The Training Of Skilled Talents In School-enterprise Cooperation

The high-quality and skilled talented person has become the key to Chinese enterprises “going out”,with carrying out the national strategy – “The Belt and Road”.“Made in China 2025”is being implemented,it needs many micro-technical talents to finish,but our country is short of talents,in other words,there is a gap to complete the plan of “Made in China 2025”.The Party's Nineteenth Congress had already proposed to promote the spirit of model workers and the spirit of craftsmen.On February 5,2018,the Ministry of Education,the National Development and Reform Commission and other six departments had issued “the Measures of Promoting the School-enterprise cooperation in Vocational Schools”,and explicitly proposed the basic school model which is integration of production and education and School-enterprise cooperation,as well as,it is the key to running vocational education.This essay in the viewpoint of engineering measurement subject which in Shandong Y Technician College,and analyzes the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation through literature research,questionnaire survey and interview and found many problems in school-enterprise cooperation that lacking skilled personnel training,the attitude of enterprises in cultivating talent is negative,lacking cooperation and communication,as well as,lacking effective supervision and service.Based on the analysis of problems,we can see many causes that the vocational colleges did not form a teaching system which fitted the developmental needs of the enterprise,public opinions hold prejudice against vocational education,it is hard to find a balance point of benefit between schools and enterprises,cooperation parties did not form a balance of interests,the macro support and service policies did not drop and so on.This essay will begin from "raise the quality of skilled personnel training" and propose specific countermeasures from three perspectives: firstly,the government will try its best to provide services and plans to create conditions for win-win among partners.Secondly,vocational colleges will take multiple measures to enhance their service capabilities.Thirdly,the enterprises do their main obligation in running schools and actively explores deep-level cooperation models.
