The development of the country cannot do without education,and the development of education cannot do without the teacher,the teacher troop level often determines the development of the whole education in a region,so to strengthen the construction of teachers has become the focus of current research.In the process of teacher development,occupation accomplishment determines a teacher's work enthusiasm,from the current domestic many research results,teachers are under tremendous pressure in the process of education,if teachers can not adapt to such pressure in the work process,work pressure is too large to cause the heart tired,and eventually lead to its aversion to the occupation as a teacher,then the inevitable Will affect the occupation emotion,resulting in declining teaching quality.Therefore only through a variety of means to improve the occupation personal accomplishment of the teachers,and thus stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers,in order to realize the improvement of education quality.Based on this,this paper aimed at the achievement of junior high school teachers occupation sense of Ji'nan city to analyze the status quo,mainly from four aspects to analysis.Firstly,based on the study of the relevant documents before the final collection,collation,analyze the research background and significance.Secondly,according to the the related theoretical analysis,based on the analysis of related concepts,this paper focuses on the analysis of theory used in the process and two factors were studied to provide theoretical basis for the subsequent analysis.Then this paper will address the occupation achievement for junior middle school teachers in Ji'nan city.Through the investigation and analysis of the status quo,divided Based on the research,on the basis of quantitative analysis,it analyzed the influence factors of Ji'nan city junior middle school teachers' occupation accomplishment.Finally,based on the analysis of the problems on the basis of the study,starting from the four aspects of sense,put forward the corresponding suggestions on how to improve the Ji'nan City junior middle school teachers' occupation accomplishment.Judging from the present situation of junior high school teachers' sense of professional achievement in Jinan City,the overall sense of professional achievement of junior high school teachers in Jinan City is not ideal.The teachers of junior high school in Jinan have some deficiencies in the sense of professional achievement,especially some teachers show obvious sense of job burnout,the serious deficiency of the sense of professional achievement will have a great impact on their teaching enthusiasm.Through a large number of studies,it is found that the main factors that affect the sense of professional achievement of junior high school teachers in Jinan include four aspects: policy salary,social status,working environment and individual development,of which the first three are health care factors.Individual development is an incentive factor.At the same time,the quality of school teaching will also have a direct impact on teachers' sense of professional achievement.Usually,the higher the teaching quality,the stronger the teachers' sense of professional achievement.Therefore,in order to improve the sense of professional achievement of junior high school teachers in Jinan,we must start from these four points,improve the social status of teachers,improve the working environment of teachers,and realize the goal of improving the social status of teachers through perfecting the policy system.Only in this way can teachers' sense of professional achievement be promoted.
