| At present,the practice of quality education is widely promoted,the cultivation of students’ learning interest is paid attention to,the autonomy and initiative of students’ learning is stimulated,and the main direction of education reform in China is to return to the main role of learning middle school students,which is also widely used in education of primary school.Different from the traditional education model,modern education focuses on full respect,appreciation and praise for students in the education process.The new education concept has become the dominant idea of education today,while the discipline education in traditional education has been abandoned.In the current regulatory documents of education,there is no clear definition of punishment education,and people’s essence of punishment education is relatively vague.In the practice of education,teachers’ improper application of punishment education can easily cause criticism from media,society and parents.Therefore,there is no place to punish education,especially in primary school education.Pupils are young and vulnerable.Therefore,it is worthwhile for us to deeply consider and research on the above questions,such as whether the discipline education can reasonably enter our campus and classroom,what the implementation conditions are and what measures should be taken.In this paper,through a large amount of data to understand the rules on the disciplinary education research situation,has carried on the definition to disciplinary education,at the same time,based on the basic of the current state of the elementary education in our country,as well as the existing problems,and in a primary school in yangzhou city as the research object,the disciplinary education existence,also analyzes the disciplinary education implementation of the environmental factors,at the same time,a primary school in yangzhou city basic situation as foothold,puts forward some strategies on the implementation of disciplinary education.The structure of this article consists of the following four parts.The first part,the definition of punishment education and the difference between punishment and corporal punishment,makes clear the way for teachers to understand the nature of punishment,and discusses the definition of punishment education and the significance of its existence.The second part is an investigation of the current situation of discipline in education of primary schools.The third part puts forward the problems of discipline in education of primary school and analyzes the causes of the problems.The fourth part,based on the current situation of education in primary schools in China,puts forward some feasible strategies for the implementation of education.Improve the wisdom of teachers education,use discipline education reasonably and appropriately;Create a good public opinion environment and education environment for the implementation of the discipline education;Strengthen the improvement of relevant education law to lay a solid legal foundation for the implementation of discipline education. |
