The cultivation of children’s resilience helps children’s growth and promotes the formation of their positive personality.However,there are few ways to cultivate children’s resilience.At present,this study explores the protective factors against risks and seeks to cultivate new forms of resilience.Constructing games as a highly structured game activity not only provides opportunities for the development of children’s building skills,but also provides opportunities for the development of children’s resilience.To turn the possibility into reality,we need to rely on the activities of the scientific system to support it.This study adopts the paradigm of case study,using a kindergarten child in Dalian as a research object,using observation,interview,and scale measurement to screen out a child with weak resistance level as a training object,and analyzing the level of stress resistance.Design and implement targeted construction activities with low performance and causes.The research process consists of four phases: “Preparation Period – Baseline Period – Activity Period – Tracking Period”.The duration of the activity is 12 weeks,and the post-test is performed after the activity is over.Then it discusses the cultivation process and effectiveness of the game to the children’s resilience,analyzes the process and results of the game construction,reflects on the research and prospects,and provides some suggestions for the construction of the game.The practice results show that the construction of game training methods can improve the level of children’s resilience to a certain extent,and the construction of games can be used as a new carrier to enhance the resilience of the majority of teachers.The movement experience of young children in the process of simulation construction does not necessarily lead to the improvement of resilience.Only when young children can consciously interact with their peers,the inner self-confidence and driving force are generated from simple to complex games.When the emotions that have occurred on the self have a certain awareness,the construction skills of the children can promote the development of psychological flexibility.Therefore,to promote the level of resilience of young children,teachers need to design targeted activities,provide reasonable supportive strategies,encourage peer interaction,and strive for the support of children’s external support system.As a pre-school educator,he has the responsibility and obligation to analyze the causes of insufficient anti-frustration of children in special environments.By integrating the resources of family,school and society,he can change the vulnerable psychological state of young children and improve their sensitive and fragile psychological environment.From the source to solve the problem,explore a series of new ways to train children’s anti-frustration,help children to correctly understand themselves,tap the advantages,develop a healthy psychology,improve their personality,and let them happyly integrate into the big family of school and society.
