Research On The Social Capital Composition And Influencing Factors Of Sports Associations In Sichuan Province

As one of the most important factors in the development of sports,sports associations play a key role.With the support of the state,the development environment of the sports industry has been optimized,and the tasks and roles of sports associations have become more and more critical In this context,the choice of the development path of sports associations and their ability of "self-hematopoiesis" also need to make new attempts.They need to be more proactive in seeking development space and obtaining favorable conditions This study takes Sichuan sports associations as the research object,combining with the relevant theories of social capital,to examine the development path of sports associations from a brand-new perspective,and try to summarize and analyze the influencing factors of social capital of sports associations,so as to provide new ideas and reference suggestions for the development of Sichuan sports associations.First,the study use” The literature material law” to review the development of sports associations and social capital theory,and through field visits,interviews and other ways to sort out the current situation of the development of sports associations in Sichuan Province.This part of the content mainly includes two aspects,the first is an in-depth understanding of the development status of sports associations in Sichuan Province.The second is to use social capital theory to analyze the components of Sichuan province sports association,respectively from the social network,social trust,social norms,three aspects as the breakthrough point.Second,this study uses mathematical statistics to design a questionnaire that affects the social capital of sports associations in Sichuan Province.Likert's five-point scoring method is used to assign values to the items of the questionnaire.The interviewees are the staff of sports associations in Sichuan Province,the staff of Sichuan Sports Bureau and some experts and scholars.Then the questionnaire is collected and the results are input into SPSS software for factor analysis.The study found that the influencing factors of social capital of Sichuan sports associations can be roughly attributed to six major factors,including the comprehensive quality of members,laws and systems,social environment and support,soft power of associations,hard power of associations and spiritual culture.Final,according to the components and influencing factors of social capital of Sichuan sports associations,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the development of Sichuan sports associations.First,pay attention to the construction of personnel structure.Improve the professionalism of the staff of sports associations,reduce their mobility and stabilize their structure.Second,strengthen external interaction.Strengthen interaction and contact with other social organizations,establish good cooperative relations,and enhance the possibility of obtaining more high-quality resources.Third,standardize the management system of mass organizations.Strengthen the implementation of management systems and regulations,and abide by laws,regulations and industry standards.Fourth,enhance community social trust.Abide by the spirit of contract,improve social credibility,which is the premise and key to bring development opportunities for sports organizations.Fifth,cultivate community spirit and culture.Paying great attention to spiritual and cultural construction is a powerful booster for the development of sports associations,which can not only improve work efficiency,but also save time and economic costs.
