Research On The Construction And Development Of Basketball Characteristic Schools In Jinan Under The Background Of The Small Basketball Plan

Since the ministry of education announced the list of national characteristic basketball schools in 2017,the "little basketball" plan has been carried out in full swing across the country in the same year.In the first batch of the selection list of national youth campus basketball schools,there are 42 schools in jinan.As the provincial capital city,jinan is endowed with unique political,economic,cultural,geographical and other congenital conditions.It is a fertile soil with a strong flavor of basketball culture.Under the background of "little basketball" plan,it is both an opportunity and a challenge for the construction of characteristic basketball schools in jinan.This study selects the basketball characteristic schools of primary schools in jinan city as the research object,and carries out the investigation and research at the level of students,schools and teachers,hoping to provide constructive countermeasures and theoretical basis for the development of the basketball characteristic schools in this city.This article in using the literature material method,mathematical statistics method,on-the-spot investigation method,expert interview method,questionnaire investigation,logic analysis of jinan in the school's basketball characteristic condition were investigated,and the students,teachers strength,location equipment,curriculum setting,etc,the results show that:(1)jinan related department for physical culture and sports education should be combined with local specific circumstances,promote basketball characteristic school policies,promoting basketball into the campus activities,increase capital investment,strengthen personnel training,increase the equipment placement.At the policy level to encourage the construction and development of characteristic schools.(2)cultivate students' interest in basketball,follow the law of primary school students' physical and mental development,create a good learning and training environment for students,organize associations based on interests and hobbies,and implement elective teaching system,so as to teach students in accordance with theiraptitude for the development of personality,and create a harmonious,happy and healthy campus basketball atmosphere.(3)strengthen the construction of physical education teachers,establish the concept of lifelong learning,advocate continuing education and training of physical education teachers,strictly abide by the talent selection system for the recruitment of new teachers,ensure that physical education teachers are excellent in knowledge and skills,and inject fresh blood into characteristic schools.(4)the perfect basketball characteristic school ground equipment rules and regulations,improve the students' safety consciousness and practical ability,increase of sports funds input,improve school location equipment equipped and maintain,create good basketball learning environment for students,learning motivation increase interest in learning,to establish the idea of lifelong sports.(5)the education bureau and the sports bureau of the local government issued relevant policies to encourage the development of characteristic schools,and formulated standards to review in strict accordance with the standards,so as to strengthen the communication and learning between schools and make use of the advantages of characteristic schools to drive the development of other schools,enrich the school spirit and enrich the classroom.
