With the deepening of the new curriculum reform and the gradual development of the evaluation of students' artistic quality,the requirements for music teachers in primary schools are getting higher and higher,the burden on music teachers is getting heavier and heavier,and the cooperation and exchanges among music teachers are more urgent.Primary music teachers can improve the effectiveness of music classroom teaching activities,promote teachers' professional development and constantly improve students' artistic quality through various ways of teamwork.Therefore,this paper takes the teamwork of teachers in music teaching in primary schools as the research object,and through relevant data analysis,gives the corresponding new ideas of teamwork of teachers,expecting music teachers to benefit from teamwork.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the reasons,significance and research methods of the research topics;the second part is the overview of teacher team cooperation and the Laoshan primary school music teachers team cooperation questionnaire survey,including the concept and significance of teacher team cooperation,the connotation of primary school music teaching,the basic situation of teachers and the investigation and analysis of the status quo of team cooperation;Part one is the current implementation plan of Laoshan primary school music teachers' teamwork,mainly from the top-level district design guidance,school-level consolidation of teaching and research and other aspects of practical exploration;finally,the fourth part is the new understanding of teachers' teamwork,including the cooperative results achieved.
