The professional identity of secondary vocational students mainly refers to the changes in the recognition of the value of the occupations of the secondary vocational students through the daily professional courses and the occupations of the corresponding majors.Cultivating the professional identity of secondary vocational students is of great significance for improving students' learning input,helping students to establish a correct career outlook,and making good career planning early.Based on the previous research results and the theory of professional identity,this study uses the literature research method to analyze and analyze relevant literature.On this basis,through the questionnaire survey method and the interview survey method,the occupational recognition status of the secondary vocational school students in two different professional fields in Shanghai is investigated from the four dimensions of occupational cognition,occupational emotion,input behavior and career planning.The study found that the higher the grade of ordinary secondary vocational students,the lower the professional identity.The higher the students of the middle and regular college students than the middle and high students.And the higher middle students than the ordinary secondary students.Secondary vocational students generally have the following conditions: lack of professional understanding,increasingly weak professional emotions,professional learning burnout,and blurred career planning.Based on the theory of social identity,combined with the results of questionnaires and interviews,this paper analyzes the formation process and causes of vocational identity of secondary vocational students,and finds the professional identity and professional independent choice and passive choice of secondary vocational students.The conditions of school education and teaching are excellent or not,and their own interest There is a close relationship with the degree of matching with the majors studied.Based on the theory of social ecosystem,the factors affecting the professional identity of secondary vocational students are: personal occupational cognition,interest in the majors studied;the system and mechanism of the school to promote professional identity,family cognition and support to the profession;society Atmosphere.The paper believes that to improve the professional identity of secondary vocational students,students should strengthen their careers and stimulate their selfdevelopment needs;schools should rationally set up majors,strengthen professional construction,create diverse activities to promote professional identity,attach importance to career guidance,and improve employment service mechanisms;Pay attention to the whole learning process of students,pay attention to communication with schools and students;society should increase the publicity and education of vocational education,and promote the formation of scientific career outlook and talent concept.
