High-school-teacher evaluation is the foundation of high school human resources management. Setting up a scientific, reasonable and practical evaluation system is the problem met in the current high school system reform. The former evaluation system mostly adopted the single evaluation method, While In recent years, with more and more query and criticism from education theories field to high-school-teacher evaluation system, the existent problems in the construction of the teacher evaluate system have emerged from various different research views. Because teachers not only have a characteristic of general human resources, but also have their special ones, which bring about comparative complexity to the evaluation system, presently。There is still no a generally accepted teacher evaluation system, neither is there a unique method.The text is on the basis of previous studies, building up the comprehensive evaluation system of quantity and quality, which mainly includes the following components:The first two chapters; summarize and analyze the present condition about high school teacher and education evaluation theories at home and abroad, and introduce the research background, purpose and meaning of this text,.Chapter 3: analyze the current problem met in high-school-teacher evaluation as well as the characteristic of high school teachers, and choose the evaluation index sign and method to them.Chapter 4: according to the chosen evaluation method, establish the quantity turns method of high school teacher on the basis of the layer analysis and carry on calculation an example analysis and identificationChapter 5: combine with chapter 4, building up the comprehensive evaluation system of quantity and quality, putting forward the process of evaluationChapter 6: analyze the evaluation system and put forward the shortage of the research.All in all, the text sets up the high-school-teacher evaluation system through the choice of index sign analysis as well as the evaluation method to university teachers, although there are still insufficiency in some aspects, it dares to explore, providing the latter researcher way of thinking and method.
