Competition in the twenty-first century,in the final analysis,is the competition of talent.In recent years,through "government guidance,market leading,enterprise main body" talent mode of work,Changzhou City Zhonglou District attracts high-level talent closely around the strategic emerging industries at home and abroad.Since 2006,Zhonglou District has implemented the "thousands of overseas talent gathering project","Dragon City Talent Program".Talent work has achieved results,but the weak links also need to be strengthened.Exploring the status and countermeasures of the introduction of high-level talent in Zhonglou District,not only can grasp the status accurately,but also can develop the talent introduction strategy effectively and improve the construction of the talent system.Based on this,this paper takes the Zhonglou District as the main research object,and synthetically uses the research methods such as literature research method,field investigation method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method.Depending on introduction theory of high-level talent,this paper discusses the problems and reasons of the introduction of high-level talent in Zhonglou District,and puts forward the countermeasures,experience and reference to introduce high-level talent. |
