Teachers are the first resource of education,then the professional teachers in secondary vocational schools are the most basic resource of the development of secondary vocational schools.In recent years,the construction of vocational school teachers has also received great attention.A high-quality teaching staff is the basic power of the secondary vocational education systems reform and development.This thesis on the foundation of in-depth investigation on the construction of teachers in secondary vocational school.And based on the actual situation of secondary vocational school teachers,from vocational education teacher professional development theory perspective,with teacher professional standards and theoretical point of view,then by analysis of construction of the current situation of secondary vocational school teachers team.In the construction of school teachers occupation in the presence of deep-seated problems lie in the following aspects: First,in the structure of teachers,teachers' educational structure and age structure is not balanced;Second,in the type of teachers,lack of backbone teachers and professional leaders;full-time teachers and part-time teachers' proportion is not reasonable;Third,in the aspect of training professional teachers,the training system is not perfect,imperfect training programs,lack of training ability;the training pertinence is not strong;training activities are simple;Fourth,in the professional development of teachers,teacher's occupation identity Degree is not high;the teacher's personal professional development consciousness and willingness of professional development is not strong;professional knowledge and professional ability gap is larger;career planning consciousness is not strong,professional burnout situation is more serious.Teachers in secondary vocational schools team layered construction strategy lies in: First of all,for new teacher implement "qualified" training strategy,that is to take the new teacher training and apprenticeship partnership and cognitive apprenticeships;Secondly,for the backbone teacher implement "upgraded" training strategy,that is to take University further education,school-based training,project studio,etc.;Finally,according to the professional leaders to implement training strategy of "style",that is to take strengthen scientific research,construction skills Master Studio and the formation of famous studios and other means.
