Adolescence is an important period of physical and mental health in an individual's life. The level of mental health is also deeply affected by the level of physical self-esteem and subjective Children" The Physical Self-Esteem Scale and Zhang Xinggui's Subjective Well-being of Adolescents are used as measurement tools. After the two sets of physical self-esteem and subjective well-being scores have passed the normality test, the independent sample T test is used to test the homogeneity of the premise.,The experimental group and the control group received 12 weeks of intervention together. The control group followed the school's regular syllabus, while the experimental group learned line dance. After the experiment, students were organized to fill out the relevant scales, and the normality test of the scales filled out before and after the experiment was carried out.Independent sample T Statistical methods such as test and paired-sample T test are used to analyze the results. The main findings are as follows:(1)After a 12-week experiment,it was found that the five dimensions of physical self-esteem,health,coordination,physical attractiveness, physical activity, and overall self-esteem,were significantly different between the control group and the experimental group before and after the experiment(P<0.05)),there is a significant difference in the scores of the two dimensions of subjective well-being,friendship satisfaction and school satisfaction before and after the experiment(P<0.05);(2)After 12 weeks of experimentation,it was found that the experimental group had significant differences in the scores of the seven dimensions of physical self-esteem,physical self-esteem,coordination,physical attractiveness, motor skills, physical activity, physical value, and overall self-esteem before and after the experiment(P<0.05),there is a significant difference in the scores of the three dimensions of subjective well-being: academic satisfaction, school satisfaction, and positive emotion before and after the experiment(P<0.05);(3)After a 12-week experiment,it was found that the control group had significant differences in the scores of the three dimensions of physical self-esteem,strength,speed,and physical attractiveness before and after the experiment(P<0.05),and the scores of each dimension of subjective well-being There is no significant difference before and after the experiment. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Line dance teaching has an effect on improving students' physical self-esteem,which is mainly reflected in dimensions such as appearance, coordination, and physical attractiveness. The intervention effect on girls is better than that of boys, indicating that the audience for line dance is more Girls;(2)Line dance teaching can improve students' subjective well-being.Dimensions such as school satisfaction, friendship satisfaction, environmental satisfaction, and positive emotions are significantly different before and after the experiment. It is helpful to mobilize students' positive emotions;(3)Conventional teaching has an effect on improving students' physical self-esteem,which is mainly reflected in the dimensions of strength, speed, endurance, etc.,and the intervention effect on boys is better than that on girls,so boys are better able Accept the content of conventional teaching;(4)The dimensions of line dance teaching and conventional teaching have different effects on students' physical self-esteem,so line dance teaching can play a certain supplementary role in improving the effect of conventional teaching on physical self-esteem.The promotion of dance sports in schools is of practical significance;(5)Before the experiment, the overall physical self-esteem and subjective well-being of the students were at a low-medium level, the overall physical self-esteem of girls was lower than that of boys, and the subjective well-being of left-behind students The level is slightly lower,so
