Case teaching is a cooperative and inquiry-based teaching method.At present,high school ideological and political education is an important part of China's education,which is of great significance to the cultivation of high-quality talents in China.The new curriculum standard of politics clearly points out: "case as a carrier for comprehensive teaching".Therefore,the case teaching method combined with the above situation plays an important role in the ideological and political education in senior high school and the cultivation of high-quality talents in China.This paper is also based on the following four parts of the discussion.The first part mainly discusses the basic overview of the case teaching method,including the relevant concepts of the case teaching method,which makes a specific description of the meaning and characteristics.First of all,the meaning of case teaching,the author through reading a large number of data found many scholars defined,therefore,on the basis of its definition summarized as: educators according to established teaching objectives and teaching content,select suitable material,help students learn by means of rendering,analysis of case method of teaching.Secondly,on the basis of knowing the meaning of case teaching method,this paper summarizes its characteristics,which are divided into three points,including: interactivity,openness and operability.Interactivity means that the case teaching method is a teaching process which is composed of the design teaching of teachers and the participation of students in class.It abandonds the pure theory indoctrination in traditional teaching and improves the teaching method into an interactive process of two-way interaction between teachers and students openness refers to the link of case communication and discussion in the case teaching methods,which connects the knowledge,experience,ethought and consciousness between teachers and students,students and each other and flows in bothdirections reflecting the equal and open relationship between teachers and studen ts.Operability refers to the fact that the setting of cases in case teaching method is related to the reality of life,and students' collection of materials,communication and dis cussion come from reality and rely on life experience.At the same time,case teaching method enables students to independently apply knowledge to practice by cultivating their ability to combine theory with practice.It shows the remarkable operability char acteristic of case teaching method.The second part mainly discusses the necessity and significance of applying case teaching method in high school political life.The neces sity is divided into: the implementation of the new curriculum standards of high schoo l politics needs case teaching method;The characteristics of high school political life need case teaching method;The characteristics of high school students' development need case teaching method.Its significance is manifested in five aspects,namely,pro moting the innovation of teaching mode,improving the professional level of teachers,increasing the interaction between teachers and students,enhancing the interaction bet ween teachers and students,and cultivating applicable talents for the society.The thir d part mainly discusses the problems and causes of case teaching method in high scho ol political life.The existing problems include that it is not conducive to students to sy stematically grasp knowledge,students' weak subject consciousness and students' low learning enthusiasm.The reason analysis includes that case teaching has very high req uirements on teachers' level,some teachers lack the ability to control the classroom,fa il to establish a good teacher-student relationship,and there are differences in the abili ty of high school students to participate in the case teaching method.The fourth part mainly discusses the case teaching method in high school "political life" teaching cou ntermeasures.Including,clear teaching goal and the method,selection of cases to imp rove teaching quality,a variety of ways to present case,scientific and reasonable anal ysis,case study,summarize the reflection efficiency,after-school strengthened six asp ects: subjectivity,and appendix high school ideological and political application case,case teaching method in order to "the ruling of the communist party of China,the hist ory and the people's choice",for example,to explore.Its display includes: course stan dard and textbook analysis,learning situation analysis,teaching objective analysis,tea ching process design,evaluation and reflection.
