A Study On The Impact Of Social Support On The Life Satisfaction Of Those Who Lost Themselves

Since the implementation of the basic state policy of family planning in our country,the problem of over-rapid population growth has been effectively controlled,but it has also led to the problem of "losing independence".Most of the policy practitioners were born in the 1950 s and 1960 s and have now entered the stage of old age.The accidental death of the only child has caused them not only to experience the emotional pain of losing their only child,but also to bear the pressure of their lives for the rest of their lives.How to make the survivors live a stable life in old age,provide them with effective help,improve the life satisfaction of the groups that have lost their independence,and become an urgent problem that needs to be solved in the face of the whole society.Through the form of questionnaire,this paper uses self-compiled social demography questionnaire,social support scale and life satisfaction scale to investigate the basic situation,life satisfaction and social support of the survivors.This paper tries to provide its own view for the establishment of the social support system for the losers and hopes to play a role in the establishment of the system.Combined with the social support policy arrangement of S city to the losers,it draws on the advanced points of domestic related cities to care for and help the losers,in order to improve the social support network of the losers,improve the satisfaction of the losers 'lives,and thus improve their quality of life.A large number of studies have shown that social support is closely related to life satisfaction.Good social support can provide protection to individuals under stress and has important significance for maintaining good emotions.In this study,175 Shanghai defectors were surveyed by random sampling,and the impact of social support on the life satisfaction of the defectors was discussed.The data collected were collated and analyzed,and related analysis and regression analysis were applied.The conclusion is as follows: The life satisfaction and social support of the majority of the survivors are at the medium level;Most of the social support subjects of the losers come from informal support,and the content of social support mainly focuses on behavioral support;The life satisfaction of the lost person was positively related to the behavioral support in the social support content and the informal support in the social support subject.The more behavioral support and informal support,the higher the life satisfaction of the lost person.Social support is the predictor of life satisfaction.Informal support and behavioral support in social support are the most important factors,which have an important influence on the degree of life satisfaction of the survivors.Although the social support system for those who have lost their independence is at the forefront of the country,its construction is still at the initial stage,and it is difficult to achieve the various kinds of support that those who have lost their independence currently need by relying on a single social support subject.Therefore,it is necessary to form a social support system that is dominated by government support and diversified subjects,fully mobilize the participation of the diversified subjects of society,and at the same time build a complete social support system for the losers.Through the establishment of a system of support for the diversity of those who have lost their independence,with the government as the main body and the broad participation of all sectors of society,relevant support will be provided in terms of individual survivors,social work services,community environment,government level and the overall social environment.Help the people who have lost their lives to get out of the predicament early,reintegrate into society,and improve their life satisfaction.While we are building the social support system for those who have lost their independence,we should also start from the three basic concepts of behavioral support,cognitive support and emotional support,and provide formal support and informal support for those who have lost their independence.As an important source of formal support,the government should shoulder more responsibilities and improve social security and economic support for those who have lost their independence.Through various community activities and improved support services,the survivors can truly feel the support and help from national units such as the government and the community.The informal support received by those who lost their independence is largely related to their background and ideas.Those who have lost their independence can spontaneously establish mutual aid organizations,seek help from the society,and obtain services and psychological comfort.As a social worker,we can have a great influence on the psychology of those who have lost their independence.We can help them make full use of the available social resources and actively seek help from all parties when they encounter difficulties.
